Cemetery maintenance management fees charged by cemetery business units shall be incorporated into the local pricing catalogue by local price departments according to law, and the charging standards shall be determined according to the actual costs and reasonable profits of cemetery maintenance management, which shall be determined by local governments themselves. The price of the land-saving ecological cemetery approved by Maling Public Welfare Cemetery this time is 800-2 100 yuan/block; The price of a standard cemetery is 9800-20600 yuan/piece; The maintenance and management fee of the standard tomb cemetery is: single cave 60 yuan/year, double cave 120 yuan/year. The price of land-saving ecological burial place in Fenghuangshan public welfare cemetery is 2200 yuan/block, and the price of standard burial place is 8500- 17000 yuan/block. The document requires that cemetery business units should strictly regulate the service and charging behavior. When providing services, a written contract shall be signed with the bereaved families, specifying the service items, service contents and charging standards, and other related fees shall not be charged outside the contract.
Business units shall ensure the supply of low-priced tombs, and shall not, in violation of the principle of fairness and voluntariness, bind, split or force the provision of services or collect fees in any form; At the same time, it is also necessary to publicize the service items, charging standards, document basis, reduction and exemption policies, reporting telephone numbers, service processes and service specifications in a prominent position in the business premises or on platforms such as websites, and consciously accept social supervision.
