According to the spirit of the Interim Provisions of the former Ministry of Personnel on Open Recruitment of Institutions (Order No.6 of 2005), with the approval of the Provincial Personnel Department, eight institutions directly under our Ministry will openly recruit staff for the society in July. Anhui Art Vocational College (fully funded institution) recruits 1 person, Provincial Library (fully funded institution) recruits1person, Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology (fully funded institution) recruits 4 people, Provincial Art Research Institute (fully funded institution) recruits 2 people, Provincial Song and Dance Theatre (balance allocation institution) recruits 9 people, and Provincial Hui Jing Theatre (balance allocation institution)

The recruitment work plan is hereby announced as follows:

1. Recruitment principle: recruitment adheres to the employment standard of having both ability and political integrity, implements the principles of openness, fairness, competition and merit-based, openly recruits for the society, and selects the best after examination.

Second, the scope of recruitment: open recruitment for the society, and the recruitment target is fresh graduates or social employees who meet the requirements of post conditions recognized by the state.

Four. Steps and procedures of recruitment: this open recruitment adopts a combination of written examination, interview or professional skill test, and is carried out according to the steps of registration, qualification examination, examination, physical examination and employment.

5. Applicants should provide their academic credentials (graduates can provide employment recommendation forms), professional and technical title qualification certificates and award-winning certificates, works, original and photocopy of their ID cards, personal resume at the time of registration, and five recent bareheaded one-inch photos, and conduct qualification examination. Each candidate is limited to one recruitment position. Personnel who do not meet the requirements of the recruitment position, non-fresh graduates (those who failed to obtain the corresponding graduation certificate before June 5438+February 3, 2008/KLOC-0) and those who are found by the Provincial Personnel Department to have violated the examination discipline and are in the suspension period are not allowed to apply for the examination. After the registration, all recruiting units will report the registration form to the Personnel Department of the Provincial Department of Culture for review and filing.

The ratio of the number of applicants for each position to the number of job recruiters should be no less than 3:1; If it is less than 3: 1, the recruitment plan for this position will be generally cancelled, except for the special urgently needed position, and the examination can only be started after approval by the provincial personnel department. For the cancelled positions, candidates can change to other positions within 2 days.

In this exam, all recruitment positions are set with a minimum admission score (70 points). Candidates whose scores have not reached the minimum admission line will not be included in the assessment. If more than one candidate reaches the minimum admission line, the top two candidates will be listed as the assessment objects.

6. Examination fee: According to the documents of Provincial Price Bureau and Finance Department (Wanjiafei [2006] No.226), the interview fee for applicants is 80 yuan per person, and the written test fee is 45 yuan per subject.

7. Examination: The examination work of each recruiting unit is organized and implemented according to the requirements of personnel examination rules. The examination adopts the percentage system, and each unit sets different examination methods according to the post characteristics. Through the examination, the candidates' professional theoretical knowledge, comprehensive quality and practical business ability are evaluated.

The examination of Anhui Art Vocational College is conducted by combining written examination with interview (professional skill test). Among them, the post examinations of choral conductor, conductor, drama, film and television director or historical theory, multimedia design, environmental art or exhibition design are conducted in a combination of written examination and interview (professional skill test), and the written examination and interview (professional skill test) are scored at a ratio of 3:7. Music theory, art history theory, dance choreography or history theory consists of two parts: written test and interview, and the written test and interview are scored according to the ratio of 5:5. Huangmei Opera Vocal Post Examination consists of interview and professional skill test, and the interview and professional skill test are scored at a ratio of 3:7. For positions requiring written examination, the written examination time is 150 minutes; Interview (professional skills test) time, except for multimedia design, environmental art or exhibition design, which is 3 hours (in the form of computer operation or hand drawing), other positions that need to be interviewed (professional skills test) are controlled within 0/5 minutes per person.

The post examination required by the provincial library is a combination of written examination and professional skill test. The time of written examination and professional skill test is 120 minutes respectively, and the written examination and professional skill test are scored according to the ratio of 4:6.

Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology and Provincial Academy of Art have a combination of written examination and interview. Written test time 150 minutes, interview time per person 15 minutes. The written test and interview are scored at a ratio of 7:3. The written test subjects of artists in the Provincial Academy of Arts are on-the-spot professional proposition creation and literary theory criticism, and the written test subjects are on-the-spot writing of a review article of this major or a similar major.

The examination posts of Huangmei Opera Theatre and Song and Dance Theatre in the province are conducted by combining interview with professional skill test; The examination post of the provincial emblem Peking Opera Theatre adopts a combination of written examination and professional skill test; The examination-oriented positions of actors in provincial drama theaters are conducted by combining interviews with professional skills tests, while the examination-oriented positions of designers are conducted by combining written tests with professional skills tests. Written test time 150 minutes, interview and professional skills test time 150 minutes, except for provincial theater design positions, each person 15 minutes. Interviews and professional skills tests, written tests and professional skills tests are scored at a ratio of 3:7.

Interviews in various units generally take the form of questions, which mainly test candidates' professional basic knowledge, comprehensive analysis ability, communication and coordination ability, adaptability and innovation ability, language expression ability, behavior and so on. The written test mainly tests the basic knowledge of professional theory; The professional skill test mainly tests the professional practical application or artistic expression ability of the applicants. Candidates must enter the venue 15 minutes in advance, and the interview and professional skills test will be conducted in the order of drawing lots. Each recruitment unit shall set up a recruitment leading group office to be responsible for the recruitment of this unit. Interview (professional skills test) set up an examiner group, consisting of 5-7 people, including no less than 2 external examiners.

The person in charge of the recruitment unit and the personnel engaged in the recruitment work, who have an interest in themselves or have other possibilities that may affect the fairness of recruitment, shall withdraw according to the regulations. The supervision office of the Provincial Department of Culture participates in the recruitment of all units throughout the process, is responsible for the supervision and inspection of the whole recruitment process, promptly corrects problems found, and investigates the responsibilities of relevant personnel according to relevant regulations.

The examination place is located in each recruitment unit, and the examination time will be notified separately.

Eight. Examination, physical examination and employment: after the examination, according to the number of recruitment plans and the final composite scores of candidates' examinations, from high score to low score, the examinees are determined according to the ratio of 1:2. Those who pass the examination have the same employment qualifications, and the candidates to be employed are selected according to the needs of the work, the ability of candidates and the assessment conditions. After the examination, the candidates to be hired will be investigated according to the ratio of 1: 1. If the examination and physical examination do not meet the requirements, the employment qualification will be cancelled, and the recruiting unit can fill the vacancies in turn from high to low according to the final score of the examination.

For those who pass the examination and physical examination, the competent department and the recruiting unit shall determine the personnel to be hired and publicize them for one week. If there is no objection to the publicity, each unit will report the total score of candidates to the Provincial Department of Culture for review, including the roster of job sorting, the list of candidates to be hired, assessment materials, academic qualifications (professional titles) and other related materials, and report them to the Provincial Department of Personnel for approval in accordance with the regulations, and go through the employment procedures.

According to the provisions of relevant national and provincial documents, the employed personnel sign employment contracts with the recruiting unit and implement probation period. After the probation period expires, they will be formally employed. Those who fail to pass the examination will no longer be employed, and their files will be transferred to the provincial (city) talent exchange center.
