The main difference is blending. Pumao uses new wine as base wine blending, and fine Maotai uses 10 vintage wine as base wine blending. Besides the base wine, the methods of blending wine are also different. The blending method of fine Maotai is more advanced, and it is blended by a specific senior bartender.
