Interview process of teachers in public institutions

Candidates enter the venue. Candidates enter the waiting room with admission tickets, ID cards and other related materials. Candidates are allowed to bring textbooks into the waiting room, but it is strictly forbidden for candidates to bring prohibited items such as mobile phones into the waiting room.

Authentication and qualification examination. Check whether the candidates' original materials such as admission ticket, ID card, proof of household registration or personnel relationship, academic certificate or student status certificate, as well as information such as interview test sites, examination time, application time and subjects are consistent with the current candidate list, organize candidates to sign in, and record the list of candidates who are absent from the examination.

Honesty education. Read out the Code of Conduct for Interviewing Candidates, Measures for Handling Disciplinary Actions in National Education Examinations (Excerpts) and matters needing attention, and issue interview procedures. Candidates are invited to participate in the interview according to the prescribed procedures and requirements, and are not allowed to bring textbooks into the topic selection room, lesson preparation room and interview room.

Draw lots in groups. According to the candidates' application time, application subjects and interview room settings, the candidates are grouped, the candidates in each group are organized to draw lots according to the interview order, the lottery serial numbers of the candidates are registered, the number plates of the candidates' lottery order are issued, and the candidates are guided to enter the examination room to draw lots and ask questions according to the number plate order.

The invigilator calls the candidates into the examination room in batches every 20 minutes according to the serial number of the candidates' group drawing lots and the examination progress in the interview room.

Guide and assist candidates to log in to the interview evaluation software system, inform candidates that the selected questions are consistent with the study period and subjects, guide and supervise candidates to choose interview questions (kindergarten candidates can choose 1 from two selected questions), and print a list of interview questions.

After the candidates in this batch draw the questions, they will issue the lesson preparation (activity design) papers in a unified way.

When the preparation for the exam ends 15 minutes, the examiner will remind the candidates that there are 5 minutes left to prepare for the exam. Five minutes later, it is announced that it is time to prepare lessons, and candidates stop preparing lessons.

Interview process

Candidates submit the admission ticket and the list of test questions to the interviewer. The examination situation in different cities is also different. Some places have interviews and lectures, some places have exams, and some places have defenses. Today, we will talk about the teacher interview from these three aspects.

Trial lecture (no students attend class)

1. Candidates begin to give a trial lecture (demonstration). Time 10 minute.

2. The interviewer makes relevant scoring records according to the candidates' performance.

3. The candidate's trial lecture (demonstration) is overtime, and the interviewer prompts the candidate to end the trial lecture (demonstration) and start the defense (statement).

Submit a teaching plan

(A) highlight the word "say"

Speaking lessons does not mean preparing lessons, and you can't read according to the teaching plan; Speaking is not equal to giving lectures, and the object of audio-visual class cannot speak for students; Speaking lessons does not mean reciting lessons, and you can't recite them word for word according to the teaching plan; Lecturing is not the same as reading a class, and you can't read it with a pre-written speech. When speaking, we should grasp the thinking, method, process, content, students and other basic links of a class, closely focus on the word "speaking", highlight the characteristics of speaking, and complete the process of speaking.
