(1) Age and group requirements of participants:
1. The age limit for half marathon is 16 years old or older (born before September 27th, 1999).
2. The age limit for the half marathon relay event is 13 years old or above (born before September 27, 2002).
3. The age limit of mini marathon is 10 (born before September 27th, 2005).
4. The age limit for hiking activities is over 50 years old (born before September 27th, 1965).
(2) Physical requirements for the contestants:
Participants should be healthy and have the foundation of long-term running exercise or training. Participants can choose a project to sign up for the competition according to their physical condition and ability.
Patients with the following diseases should not participate in the competition:
1. Patients with congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease;
2. Patients with hypertension and cerebrovascular diseases;
3. Patients with myocarditis and other heart diseases;
4. Patients with coronary heart disease and severe arrhythmia;
5. Diabetic patients with hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia;
6. Other patients with diseases that are not suitable for exercise.
(3) Accommodation for athletes:
The organizing committee can help you to contact the hotel (please check the hotel charge standard in official website), and take care of your own accommodation.
(4) Registration time: 8:00-22:00 on September 25th.
(5) Registration place: Zhenning County Cultural Activity Center. When registering, you will receive number cloth, commemorative cards, chips, "Notes for Entry" and other items.

Seven. Competition method
(1) adopt the latest competition rules of China Athletics Association.
(2) The half marathon relay is completed by four athletes in 5 km, 5 km, 5 km and 6.0975 km respectively. Each athlete must wear a numbered jersey to complete the competition and complete the handover of the numbered jersey in the 20-meter-long relay area. Teams that don't wear size shirts to complete the competition will be disqualified from results and rankings.
(3) Registration for the competition: On September 26th, 6:30-7:30 am, the competitions will be registered separately according to the competition events, and the guns will be fired at 8:30 am, and the competition will start at the same time.
(4) Starting sequence: the sequence of men's half marathon relay, women's half marathon relay, men's half marathon, women's half marathon, mini marathon men's group, mini marathon women's group and elderly race walking.
(5) Closing distance and time limit:
In order to ensure the safety and smoothness of athletes during the competition, all sections of the competition route will be closed and traffic control will be carried out within a limited time. After the departure time to the closing time, all sections will resume normal traffic. If the competitor fails to complete the corresponding distance within the specified closing time, please stop the race immediately and quit the track to avoid danger. Quitters can take the accommodation car provided by the organizing Committee to the finish line.
(6) Half-marathon and half-marathon relay races are timed by electronic chips. All participating athletes must wear timing chips confirmed by the conference, and the timing chips and numbered cloth will be distributed at the same time. The time chip charges a deposit of 65,438+000 yuan per person. Please return the time chip to the chip recycling office after the game and refund the deposit. If the chip is lost or damaged, the deposit will not be refunded; Chips not designated by the General Assembly will be confiscated.
(7) Any athlete or sports team who completes the half marathon and the half marathon relay within the closing time can visit Huangguoshu at half price at the designated place with two complete numbers after the game, and can log in to official website to inquire and print the result certificate.
(8) Please refer to the Instructions for Athletes when reporting the specific requirements and arrangements of the competition.
(9) Drinking water station
Setting of 1. Water stations: 2 at 4km (mini marathon finish), 1 at 5km, 1 at 7km, 1 at 0km, 1 at 3km1.
2. Setting of drinking stations: starting point 10, 2.5km 1, 4km 2 (mini marathon finishing point), 5km 1, 7.5km 1, 1 km1.
3. Spray setting: The Organizing Committee set up spray stations at 16.5km and 18.3km to cool down the athletes.
4. Toilet setting: 4 starting points, 1 the end of walking for the elderly, 2 mini marathons, 1 5km, 1km, 1km and 1km, and 4 half marathon ends.
(10) Provisions and penalties for violating discipline.
In order to compete seriously and advocate fair competition, the Organizing Committee will conduct video surveillance on the starting point, the timing points of each segment and the ending point, and make the following provisions on violations:
1. False age registration or registration of offspring runners;
2. An athlete takes two or more chips to participate in the competition at the same time;
3. Failing to start construction at the starting point of unregistered projects according to the prescribed starting order;
4. Failure to start at the specified time when starting;
5. Failing to stop the race and quit the track after the race;
6. Failing to complete the whole process of their respective projects according to the prescribed route, cutting corners or cutting in line halfway;
7. Disobeying the command of the competition staff.
The following penalties will be given to contestants who violate the rules of the competition. ※.
Any organizing committee that violates the regulations will be disqualified and ranked.
Violation of Clause 65-438+0, 2, 3, 4 and 6:
1. The Organizing Committee cancels its entry results and ranking, and is not allowed to participate in Huangguoshu International Half Marathon for two years;
B The organizing committee will announce the results in this competition in official website;
C. On the basis of the punishment completed by the Organizing Committee, the Chinese Athletics Association will also give the following punishments:
A, issue a notice to all marathon organizing committees across the country to suspend the participant (including the impersonated participant) from participating in other marathon events sponsored or approved by China Athletics Association within two years;
B. After the penalty expires, if the competitors (including those who have been impersonated) violate the competition discipline again, they will be disqualified from participating in all kinds of marathons sponsored or approved by China Athletics Association for life.
Eight, medical care
(1) The Organizing Committee will set up 1 medical point at the end of the race walk for the elderly, mini marathon and half marathon, set up a medical point every 5 kilometers along the marathon route, and set up obvious signs 50 meters in front of the medical point. An ambulance followed along the runner's running route.
(2) Along the runners' running routes, the Organizing Committee will set up two medical volunteers and 1 medical rescue workers every 1 km to maintain the competition order and assist in medical rescue. During the competition, each player should do what he can according to his physical condition. In case of exhaustion, he should quit the game in time to prevent accidents.
Nine. insurance
Each contestant must purchase insurance by himself, and the organizing committee will provide each contestant with a personal accident insurance from the beginning to the end of the competition (see the instructions for athletes for details).
X. Incentive measures
① Half marathon
The top eight male and female athletes receive bonuses (see the table below, unit: RMB, and the top three athletes will pay the bonuses to the athletes' designated accounts after the urine test results come out), certificates and medals respectively; The top three athletes, male and female, will each win a trophy. During the closing time, athletes who have completed the whole half marathon can print their scores in official website after the race.
(2) Half Marathon Relay
The top eight sports teams of men and women will be awarded prizes (see the table below, unit: RMB) and certificates (one medal for each of the top three athletes); The top three men's and women's sports teams each awarded a trophy. During the closing time, sports teams that have completed the half-marathon relay can visit Huangguoshu at the designated place at half price, and can log in to official website to check and print the results.
(3) Mini Marathon (4 km): The top three men and women in mini marathon will each be awarded a trophy and a medal, 1 8 athletes will be awarded bonuses (see the table below, unit: RMB) and certificates, and 9-108 athletes will be awarded encouragement prizes, each in 50 yuan RMB.
(4) Half-marathon and half-marathon relay athletes who have won the top eight places in this competition can visit Huangguoshu for free and attend the thank-you reception of the organizing committee on September 26th 12:00. In addition, half-marathon and half-marathon relay runners who finish the race during the closing time can visit Huangguoshu at half price with two complete number plates.
XI。 Technical representatives, technical officials, arbitrators and referees
(1) The Chinese Athletics Association assigns technical representatives, technical officials and some referees to the competition area.
(2) Other referees are selected by Guizhou Athletics Association, and the insufficient part is selected by the local organizing committee.
