Can I sign an exemption clause in the contract?

An exemption clause can be signed in the contract, but the exemption clause must abide by the law, otherwise it will have no legal effect. When concluding a contract, a civil subject shall reasonably determine the rights and obligations of all parties. The exemption clause that one party of the contract unreasonably exempts itself from its obligations is invalid.

The following exemption clauses in this contract are invalid:

(1) Causing personal injury to the other party;

(2) Causing property losses to the other party due to intentional or gross negligence.
