After the establishment of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Prime Minister's Office can be built in China. Refresh every 72 hours, and select one in each round. Some schemes have special start-up conditions. Planning has preparation time, and the effect is different.

Increase Xiang Yong-1 point.
Strength has an influence on the injuries of military commanders. But the algorithm of specific influence is not very accurate. I have a damage formula here for your reference.

Intensity determines the basis of injury. If 10000 soldiers come down and the base damage is 500, then the extra 400 rural brave can provide 20 damage. Moreover, restraint between teams is more important now, which cannot be reversed by this small force.
I give 1 point, which should be a trick that no one uses.
Support the war by fighting-2 points
The ultimate skill of the military in personality won the battle for the soldiers. This is for resources. I don't know exactly how much, but my guess is similar to that of the Chivalrous Army. I will give you two points, because it takes time to turn resources into soldiers. Within two hours, the players will be stunned after the reserve soldiers have finished playing, and there won't be many games. In contrast, it is very strong to directly buy soldiers and resources to reward the three armed forces.
Give two points because the alliance will generally choose to open. After all, it is good to fight a war and return some resources.
All units attack -4 points
Charge this skill is very powerful, and this time is not limited to cavalry, give 4 points. Very impressive.
It is predicted that this is the mid-term point. After the two sides broke through the Hanzhong checkpoint, it took time to enter the city. Don't charge too hard on the court at this time.
Make people sensitive-3 points
The plan itself is ok, blocking the opposite support, launching a storm and taking the enemy position within three hours. The effect can be given 4 points. But, first of all, there are preconditions; Secondly, the preparation time is long; Third, tents prepared in advance for three hours can be prevented. So give three points.
Unity is strength -5 points
Fighting at the front is most afraid of no tent. One is that the past is slow, and the other is that there is no morale. It's much more comfortable to defend the attack with a foothold. The attack is equivalent to a bridgehead, and the defense can directly pull up a line of defense in the rear.
I don't quite understand what it means to have two seats at the same time for two hours. If you understand it correctly, you can build one within two hours after opening. After the end of the strategic time, the army array still exists. The alliance has at most two military formations. Then in that case, it must be 5 points.
Know the truth -2 points
Tips for pulling out turtle shells. However, the preparation time of 12 hour is too long, and a connecting place is needed. The enemy concentrated a little fire and washed it away, interrupting the casting.
This tactic is not suitable for close-range tug-of-war, and can only be launched when the attacker has the advantage and can stably connect 12 hours.
Although I only gave two points, this skill should be used a lot.
