Rules of Taekwondo Quality Competition Article 1 The purpose of Taekwondo
These rules are formulated by China Taekwondo Association (CTA) according to the rules of World Taekwondo Federation (WTF) Taekwondo Quality Competition. They are the unified rules used in quality Taekwondo competitions sponsored or organized by China Taekwondo Association and its affiliated organizations, aiming at ensuring the fair and smooth progress of the competition.
Article 2 Scope of application of Taekwondo
These rules are applicable to all kinds of Taekwondo quality competitions held by members of China Taekwondo Association and their affiliated groups. If it is necessary to change the relevant terms, it must be approved by China Taekwondo Association.
Article 3 Taekwondo competition venues
The site is 12m? 12m level, barrier-free, square venue.
The venue should be paved with flexible and flat special competition mats formulated or recommended by China Taekwondo Association. When necessary, the site can be placed on a platform 0.5 ~ 0.6 meters above the ground according to actual needs. In order to ensure the safety of athletes, there should be a slope with an angle less than 30 degrees from the ground outside the boundary line of the competition venue.

(1) Number of referees: 7 referees.

(3) Coach position: the intersection of No.3 cordon and No.4 cordon, which is 3 meters away from the site (the lower right position in the figure).
(4) Inspection table position: An inspection table is set at the entrance of the stadium.
Third, Taekwondo Competition Others
(1) Mat: The venue consists of special elastic mats for Taekwondo, which must be approved by China Taekwondo Association in advance.
(2) Color: You can't use colors that are seriously reflective and bring visual fatigue to contestants or spectators.
(3) Inspection desk: The inspection desk confirms whether the athletes' clothing (equipment) meets the relevant regulations of China Taekwondo Association and whether it fits. If they do not meet the requirements, they may be disqualified.
(4) Competition table: The competition field can be set according to Figure 5-2 1
Article 4 Taekwondo athletes
First, the qualifications of athletes.
(1) Group members and individual members registered in China Taekwondo Association;
(2) Registered in China Taekwondo Association that year;
(3) Holding the product and stage issued by Korea National Institute of Technology or the grade certificate issued by China Taekwondo Association according to the competition requirements;
(four) meet the requirements of all age groups in the competition rules.
Second, Taekwondo competition clothing
Wearing a white uniform, and it is a brand recommended and recognized by China Taekwondo Association.
Third, drug control in taekwondo competition.
(1) It is forbidden to use or take drugs prohibited by the IOC;
(2) Chinese Taekwondo Association can conduct drug testing when necessary to confirm whether athletes violate relevant regulations. Anyone who refuses the drug test or proves that the drug test violates the relevant regulations will be disqualified from the competition, and the competition results will be given to the subsequent athletes, and the athletes will be punished according to the relevant regulations;
(3) The organizing committee has the obligation to ensure drug testing;
(four) other provisions of the Chinese Taekwondo Association on illegal drugs.

Article 6 grouping
I. Grouping of World Championships (see table below)

(1) individual competition
1, individual competitions are generally held among athletes of the same age; When necessary, two adjacent groups can be merged into a new group; Any athlete is only allowed to participate in one competition group in one event.
2. Age group division

1. The athletes participating in the mixed doubles competition are 1 male athletes and 65438 female athletes of the same age group.

1. The athletes participating in the team competition are 3-5 athletes of the same age and gender.
Article 7 Mode of competition
1. There are at least 5 groups in each national competition sponsored by China Taekwondo Association.
Athletes participate in the competition, and athletes with less than 5 people can merge with adjacent groups according to the situation.
Second, the competition mode is divided as follows
(A) single defeat elimination system
In the absence of an electronic scorer, a single defeat elimination system is adopted.
(2) Cut off the system
In the case of using electronic scoring device, the cut-off system is adopted.
1, preliminaries: select one from the first batch of designated products in each group; According to the preliminary results, the top 50% athletes are selected from the participating athletes to enter the semi-finals.
2. rematch: choose one of the second designated products in each group to compete; According to the results of the semi-finals, the top 8 athletes were selected to enter the finals.
3. Finals: After the products made in the rematch are excluded from each group of second designated products, two products are selected for competition, and the average score of the two products is taken, and the top three are selected according to the final score.
Note: In the world championship, one product is randomly selected from all required products in each category, and then the next product is automatically connected to participate in the preliminary competition. If South Korea is chosen in the preliminary round, it means that South Korea and King Kong will be played in the preliminary round. Then, according to the table, after eliminating the lottery products, draw the semi-final and final products, play two sets of products at each stage, take the average score of the two sets of products, determine the athletes' rankings, and enter the next round of competition.

The time of each game is 1 minute and 30 seconds; In the final, there is a break between the two groups of competition products 1 minute.
Article 10 Taekwondo draw lots
First, the methods of lottery include computer lottery and manual lottery;
2. The draw will be organized by officials of China Taekwondo Association and relevant personnel, and will be held at the meeting of teams and leaders before the competition;
Third, the results of the lottery were announced on the spot at the meeting;
4. Teams that did not participate in the lottery ceremony must fully accept the lottery results.
