Personal honors include winning the best goalkeeper of UEFA four times in a row, the best goalkeeper of IFFHS world three times and the German Footballer of the Year twice. At the 2002 World Cup, Kahn also became the first goalkeeper in history to win the Golden Globe. So Kahn is a great goalkeeper of the German national team.
Kahn, a former German goalkeeper, started his career in Karlsruhe youth team on 1975 and was promoted to the first team for the first time in 1992. From 65438 to 0994, he transferred to Bayern Munich for 4.6 million Deutsche Mark, and played for the team until he retired in 2008.
1994-2006, Kahn was a member of the German national football team and served as the main goalkeeper after kopke retired. In the 2002 World Cup, the team advanced to the final. Although Germany is occasionally criticized for its poor performance, Kahn's excellent performance proved to be the key factor for Germany to win in the first few games of the final. He was named the best player in this tournament and won the Golden Globe Award in the World Cup.
