Interview process:
1, interview report lottery
Candidates generally need to report at the designated place 30 minutes in advance, and the examination staff will check the candidate's ID card and interview notice and other relevant documents. After that, candidates draw lots to determine the grouping and entry order.
Step 2 wait for the exam
Candidates enter the waiting area to wait for the exam after drawing lots. They are not allowed to leave casually until the exam is over. They are supervised by the examination room staff and need to be accompanied by staff when going to the toilet. If the exam is arranged in the afternoon, bring your own lunch to prevent leaks.
Step 3 enter the examination room
According to the sequence, when it is the candidate's turn to enter the venue, the guide will go to the waiting room and announce "Please enter the venue for candidate xxx". Candidates arrive at the entrance of the examination room accompanied by the guide and enter the examination room by themselves. Guides are not allowed to call candidates by their names directly, otherwise it will be considered a serious violation of examination discipline. The general guide only knows the serial number of the candidate.
Step 4 answer questions
After the examinee enters the examination room, he goes directly to the examinee's seat, says hello to the examiner after standing, and reports his examination sequence number. After receiving the instruction of "please sit down", candidates can sit down. After being seated, the examiner announced the introduction and the exam began. It is important to note that candidates cannot give their names. If the name is reported in the examination room, the candidate will be disqualified from the interview on the spot.
There are generally two forms of interview: the question book and the examiner's reading. The examination time is generally about 20 minutes, and the questions are generally 3-4.
Step 5 announce the results
The scorekeeper collects the examiner's scores for the candidates and calculates the scores. After the accounting is completed, it will be submitted to the supervisor for review, and the supervisor and examiner will sign it and hand it over to the staff to announce the score on the spot.
6. The interview is over
Candidates are generally required to leave the waiting room as soon as possible after getting the scores, and are not allowed to stay or walk around at will. Candidates go home and wait, and the website will publish the shortlist and medical examination list.
