1. Draw lots: After the candidates enter the preparation hall, all candidates will be randomly assigned by the computer. Generally, there are 3 people in each group, and there may be 4 or 5 people in the last group. Before entering the preparation room for thinking, the examination office will explain the examination process and examination room discipline to candidates in advance. Candidates should listen carefully. Before entering the examination room, the examination office will post the lottery order of A, B and C on the left chest of the candidates, indicating the order of the candidates' answers.
2. announcement of results: candidates will get results on the spot after taking the exam. The general interview results will be announced that evening or the next day. Most units will post them outside the examination room. Candidates can check the interview results and final ranking through the registration system.
After the examiner leads the candidates into the preparation room, the candidates have 15 minutes to think about three topics. In the preparation room, the examination room provides an A4 piece of paper, a pencil, an exercise book and an examination rule (the process and order of answering questions). Note that candidates can only use a piece of A4 paper as draft paper in the thinking stage, which requires candidates to plan reasonably in advance and use A4 paper effectively. In addition, when entering the formal examination room, you can't bring the question book into the examination room, and candidates can only bring draft paper into the examination room.
