What's the South Ball Cup for? Explain it in detail.

The South American Club Cup is an annual international football club competition organized by the South American Football Association. The South American Club Cup began in 2002, but its predecessor can be traced back to the South American Football Association Cup founded by 1992 and the South Market Cup started by 1998. In 2002, the South American Club Cup was officially founded, but the Brazilian football club did not participate in the competition that year. In 2003, Nissan, a Japanese automobile manufacturer, began to sponsor the event, and Brazil also began to participate.
