Examination content:
The interview content is divided into several evaluation elements, mainly including comprehensive analysis ability, oral expression ability, adaptability, planning and coordination ability, interpersonal awareness and skills, self-emotional control, the matching between job hunting motivation and the proposed position, speech and behavior, professional ability and so on.
When necessary, other evaluation factors can be added to the interview content according to the job requirements. Specifically, the main contents of the civil service examination interview include twelve contents and four aspects.
Interview process:
First, sign in for the lottery:
Candidates need to report to the designated test center about 30 minutes in advance, and the examiner will check the identity of the candidates. The required identification materials are subject to the official notice, usually my ID card and written test admission ticket.
Subsequently, the communication tools carried by the candidates will be kept by the examiner, and the candidates will be taken to the waiting area in a unified way, and the grouping examination room and admission order will be determined by drawing lots. In some areas, the examination room sign is drawn first, and then the order sign is drawn. In some areas, the grouping and order are determined at one time, which can be carried out according to the examiner's requirements.
Second, to be tested:
Candidates enter the waiting area after drawing lots, and the whole process is closed. Candidates are not allowed to leave the waiting area without authorization, and there is supervision by the examination staff at the scene. If you need to go to the toilet, you need to be accompanied by the examination staff.
If there is only one set of questions a day, candidates scheduled for the afternoon exam will be kept here all day to prevent missing questions. This is also a test of candidates' patience, and it is very important to adjust their mentality.
Third, methods:
According to the lottery order, the guide guides the candidates into the interview. Under normal circumstances, after the candidate arrives at the entrance of the examination room with the guide, the candidate enters the interview on his own. Guides don't call candidates by their names directly. Guides generally only know the serial numbers of candidates, otherwise there will be serious violations.
Fourth, the interview:
After the examinee enters the examination room, he steadily walks to the examinee's seat, faces the examiner after standing, bows and says hello, and reports his examination serial number. It is important to note that candidates are not allowed to give their names. If this happens, they will be disqualified from the interview. For structured interviews, there are generally 7 examiners, 2 timekeepers and 1 invigilator on site, and candidates can only sit down after receiving the instructions from the examiners.
After taking a seat, the examiner will read the introduction, make clear the examination requirements, and the examination will begin. There are generally two forms of structured interview: giving the question book, the examinee reading the questions and answering them, or the examiner reading the questions and the examinee listening to them.
Verb (short for verb) quit:
After the candidates have answered all the questions, the examiner will generally ask the candidates if there are any other supplements. At this time, the candidates will generally answer that there is no supplement. Of course, there are also cases where examiners directly announce the withdrawal of candidates. At this time, candidates go to the waiting room to wait for scores.
VI. Accounting and confirmation results:
The scorekeeper collects the examiner's scores for the candidates and calculates the scores. Under normal circumstances, after the accounting is completed, it will be submitted to the supervisor for review, and the supervisor and examiner will sign it and hand it over to the examiner. Some places will announce the scores to candidates, and there are also cases where the former candidate returns to the examination room to confirm the scores after the latter candidate has finished the exam.
In some areas, candidates wait for the scores to be announced on the spot before leaving the examination room. This situation is generally applicable to the situation that the number of candidates is relatively small, but it is relatively rare.
Seven, the interview is over:
Candidates are generally required to leave as soon as possible after confirming their scores, and are not allowed to stay or walk around at will. If the scores are not announced on the spot, candidates should leave politely.
