1. Select delivery when placing an order: when placing an order at Little Red Book POP MART, select delivery method and delivery shop.
2. Pay Order: after the order is paid, the system will generate an order number.
3. Waiting for the delivery notice: after the goods arrive at the store, the store will send a text message or call to inform you to pick up the goods. Under normal circumstances, you can pick up the goods at the store within 1-2 days after placing an order.
4. Pick up the goods at the store: please pick up the goods at the store according to the requirements of SMS or telephone notification, and provide information such as order number and ID card for verification.
5. Confirm receipt: Please confirm whether the goods are correct after delivery and sign for confirmation.
