1. All contestants must abide by the relevant regulations and participate in the lottery and competition on time.
2. Participants must enter the venue 10 minutes before the competition.
3. Each player must attend and listen to other players' speeches from beginning to end; Observe the discipline of the venue and be a civilized audience.
4. Time schedule: The contestants will draw lots for audition at 2: 30 pm on September 3rd (Friday) in the conference room on the sixth floor of the college, and the competition will start at 3:00 pm on time. If the above time is temporarily changed, it will be notified separately.
Second, the scoring criteria
1. In this competition, the keynote speech was judged by the scoring standard of 100, which required the unity of correct ideological content and perfect expression.
(1) The content of the speech accounts for 25 points. Requirements: the theme is clear, the focus is prominent, the organization is clear, the content is substantial and concrete, and people are convinced by emotion and reasoning.
(2) Language expression accounts for 20 points. Requirements: Standard Putonghua, clear articulation, familiarity with speeches, strong logicality, rigorous and accurate language organization, fluent expression and natural and vivid language.
(3) Emotional attitude accounts for 30 points. Requirements: firm tone, rich feelings, full of spirit, natural and generous posture, free to control the tone.
(4) Clothing instrument accounts for 10. Requirements: Dress neatly, simply and generously, dignified and generous.
(5) The speech skills account for 10. Requirements: infectious language, rich speech experience and flexible skills.
(6) The speaking time is limited to 5 minutes. Requirements: If the time limit is less than 8 minutes, 3 points will be deducted for overtime less than 1 minute, and 5 points will be deducted for overtime greater than 1 minute.
2. The judges will score on the spot. After the third player has finished speaking, the judges will analyze and grasp the scoring scale, and then start with the fourth player and score the top three players respectively.

Third, the speech requirements
1. Contestants must use Mandarin in the competition, stand and speak without writing.
2. The order of the competition is decided by drawing lots. Players who are late for 10 minutes will be deemed to have abstained.
3. When the player takes the stage, he introduces himself first (the name is XXX, from XXX, and the topic of the speech is XXX), and then gives a written speech. At the end of the speech, you must use an ending prompt, such as "speech is over".
