Should secondary vocational students draw lots as soldiers?

Secondary vocational students don't need to draw lots as soldiers. Male citizens who have reached the age of 18, or high school graduates who have reached the age of 17 this year (including technical secondary schools, vocational high schools and technical schools) should log in to the national recruitment network for military service registration before June 30. After military service registration, young people who are interested in joining the army can apply for registration. Military service registration and the application need to fill in the basic information such as personal name, ID number, home address and intention to join the army, and print the military service registration/application form for male citizens. Full-time college students also need to print the Registration Form of Pre-registered Students and the Application Form of National Student Loan for College Students' Tuition Compensation. Young people who participate in military service registration and apply for registration are required to bring printed forms to the town where their registered permanent residence is located.
