Public rental housing in industrial parks is mainly used to solve the housing difficulties of imported talents and park employees. The specific application conditions shall be determined by the industrial park management organization, implemented after the approval of the district and county people's governments, and reported to the municipal housing security work leading group office for the record.
Family members applying for public rental housing include applicants, spouses, minor children and adult single children.
The applicant family shall recommend a family member with full capacity for civil conduct as the applicant.
Meet the above (a) conditions of affordable housing waiting for families, can hold a notice of filing to the original application neighborhood offices (Township People's government) for registration, to apply for waiting for public rental housing.
The waiting time for public rental housing is calculated from the date of filing and registration of the original affordable housing.
