In any case, candidates have time to think. In the latter case, candidates can think all the time before answering, or they can think about one question before answering another. The specific situation of each examination room is different. Some examination rooms have pens and paper, which candidates can use to record topics and list outlines. Some examination rooms don't have pens and paper, or even tables, only stools. The interview time usually ranges from 10 to 30 minutes.
