Uefa competition rules

The European League of Nations is divided into four levels. The first three levels, each level 16 teams, are divided into four groups with four teams in each group. The fourth level is that seven teams are divided into two groups, a group of four teams and a group of three teams. Class A, European Cup champion and runner-up Italy and England are in the same group, as are Spain and Portugal. According to the rules, each team of Grade A will play a double-cycle match between home and away, and the first one will enter the semi-finals; There are promotions and demotions between grades, as well as related play-offs.
