Fourth, the input method:
(1) Students from grass-roots schools in all districts and counties of this city can freely form teams to participate in the competition in various forms, such as class, grade, school level, office compound, street off-campus activity station, children's palace or juvenile home.
(2) The applicants must be students studying in Beijing, and each team can only represent one team. Athletes must have good ideology and morality, decent work style and healthy body, be suitable for participating in this sport, and have been insured in personal accident insurance.
(3) Each team must be led and coached by an adult, who is fully responsible for the management before they can sign up for the competition.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) registration method:
(1) According to the regulations, each team should submit the application form to the office of the Organizing Committee of the Hundred Teams Cup of Tiantan Stadium in Chongwen District from 9: 00 am on July 20th to 5: 00 pm on July 28th (tentative). Fill in the column by column carefully, post photos, write neatly (computer printing is the best), seek truth from facts, and make two copies.
(2) When signing up, all team members must submit their ID cards (including the team leader and coach, each with a copy).
(3) There shall be no less than 7 athletes in each team and no more than 10. Team leader 1 person, coach 1 person (adults over 25 years old). The team leader and coach are not allowed to appear in the competition, but one person can concurrently hold the post.
(4) Registration fee: 300 yuan for each team.
(5) Once registered, it cannot be changed.
The contest method of intransitive verbs:
(1) The competition is divided into three stages: preliminary, semi-final and final, and is conducted by combining grouping and elimination.
(2) The five-player system is adopted in the competition, and the competition time is 40 minutes (20 minutes in the first half and 20 minutes in the second half, half time 10 minute).
(3) The match ball is played by both sides at half-court (No.4 ball).
(4) There is no restriction on changing players in each game, and the replaced players can re-enter the game.

Seven. Entry requirements:
(1) Strict discipline, each team must strictly implement the relevant provisions of the Measures for Punishment of Violation of Discipline and Discipline of Beijing Football Association.
(2) Teams must participate in the competition according to the required qualifications and groups, and the team leader or coach can only participate in the competition. If there is any fraud or imposter, once found, the team's performance and competition qualification will be cancelled, and 300 yuan will be fined.
(three) teams must dress neatly, the same color, and wear the number and captain's logo. Players must wear sneakers with cloth soles to play (leather shoes, sneakers, etc.). Not allowed to play).
(4) Participants must obey the unified command and management of the organizing committee, participate in the competition on time, observe discipline, obey the referee, and be united and friendly. Those who seriously violate the discipline of the conference or fail to change after education will be disqualified.
(5) Before each competition, you must submit the entry certificate on the spot and pay the deposit, 300 yuan. If there are no special problems, it will be returned after the game.
(6) Be ten minutes late according to the specified time and abstain. In case of special circumstances, call the referee in advance to solve it.
(7) Problems in normal technical competitions in the stadium shall be solved by the organizing committee and the heads of teams. The team leader and coach are fully responsible for solving the internal life, safety, competition funds and management of teams outside the venue.
Eight, admission ranking and incentives:
(1) Each group decides the admission ranking according to the number of applicants.

(3) Win a game with 3 points, draw a game 1 point, lose a game or abstain from 0 points, and those with more points rank first.
(4) If the scores of the two teams are equal, depending on the relationship between the winners and losers, the winner ranks first; When the scores of two or more teams are equal, depending on the goal difference of each team in all competitions at the same stage, the goal difference is ranked first; If we wait any longer, we will draw lots to decide.
(5) Winning or losing the game must be decided. After the whole game is tied, the penalty will decide the outcome directly.
Nine, the team leader meeting time and place:
On Wednesday, August 2, 2006, at 2: 00 pm (tentatively), a team leader meeting was held in Tiantan Stadium, Chongwen District to distribute the competition schedule and arrange related competition matters. All team leaders and coaches must attend on time, and those who fail to attend are responsible.
