Return to method flow

1. Domestic return and exchange rules (only applicable to Chinese mainland)

Netease YEATION strictly abides by national laws and regulations and fulfills the obligation of returning and exchanging the goods it sells.

1. After the customer signs for the goods, it meets the following conditions. Netease YEATION provides 30 days return. If warranty is involved, you can contact customer service to apply for warranty.

2. The goods are in good condition, which means that the goods can maintain their original quality and functions, including the goods themselves, packaging, accessories, gifts (if there are gifts at the time of purchase) and the attached trademark tags and instructions for use (if the goods applied for return are one of the complete sets of goods such as gift boxes and gift packages, the complete set of goods must be returned). If the customer opens the package of the goods based on inspection, or conducts reasonable and appropriate tests to confirm the quality and function of the goods, the integrity of the goods will not be affected. If the use of goods exceeds the needs of inspection and trial, resulting in obvious depreciation of the value of goods, it is regarded as incomplete goods.

3. According to the legal provisions and the nature of the goods, the following goods do not enjoy the unreasonable return policy:

(1) Customized goods

(2) Fresh and perishable goods

(3) Digital products such as audio-visual products and computer software that you downloaded or unpacked online.

(4) delivering newspapers and periodicals

(five) according to the nature of the goods and confirmed by the customer at the time of purchase is not suitable for the return of goods.

4. Return/repair is not allowed under the following circumstances.

(five) other goods that should not be returned according to law.

5. Tips:

(1) All returns and repairs need to be confirmed by Netease YEATION Customer Service Center before they can be processed. If the goods have quality problems, please be sure to explain the reasons. Returns without confirmation from Netease YEATION Customer Service Center will not be accepted;

(2) Netease Yeast ensures that the outer packaging of the goods is intact at the time of delivery. In order to ensure the interests of customers, please be sure to inspect the goods when receiving them. Please open the packing box and confirm that the goods are in good condition before signing for it. If the goods are found to be damaged in transit, the customer has the right to reject them, and the reason for rejection is stated on the courier, requiring the delivery personnel to return them.

(3) The customer is responsible for ensuring the safety and integrity of the returned goods on the way back. In case of packet loss or damage on the way back (affecting secondary sales), the responsibility shall be borne by the customer;

(4) Netease YEATION will check the quality of the returned goods after receiving the returned package, and then refund or exchange the goods after confirming that the goods meet the requirements for return.

(5) After applying for a return, Netease YEATION has the right to ask the customer to return the gift if the remaining goods in the order do not meet the conditions for obtaining the gift. If the gift is lost or damaged, Netease YEATION will deduct the relevant expenses from the refund according to the value of the gift.

Two. Overseas return and exchange rules (only applicable to China, Hongkong, China, Macau, China, Taiwan Province Province, China and overseas regions)

After the customer signs for the goods, it meets the following conditions. Netease YEATION provides returns, and does not support exchange and maintenance.

Tips: The return policy of overseas customers does not apply to Netease's return policy in Chinese mainland.
