There are ten rounds (three days) in each Wang Zhongwang Championship. The competition system is as follows: 1-8 bureau draws lots to determine the entry number, and the competition is conducted according to the arranged competition table; 9- 10 game is a table game for every four people from high score to low score.
The competition does not involve team performance.
The competition rules adopt the Chinese Mahjong Competition Rules promulgated by the State Sports General Administration.
