Article 5 Under any of the following circumstances, the notary office shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions on legal aid, reduce or waive the notarization service fee:
(a) to handle the notarization of receiving pensions (or labor remuneration), relief funds and labor insurance;
(2) Notarization of maintenance, support and support agreements;
(3) Handling notarization matters related to public welfare activities;

The fee waiver is proposed by the applicant and approved by the director or deputy director of the notary office.
