1. interview working group: according to the needs of interview work, several test working groups are set up according to the disciplines of arts and sciences, with 5 people in each group, including 1 team leader. 2. Interview procedure
(1) The interview will be conducted separately according to the arts and sciences, and each candidate is limited to 10 minutes.
(2) In order to be fair and just, the interview sequence number of candidates is randomly selected, the examination questions are randomly selected by candidates, the marking staff is randomly selected, and the examination room is randomly arranged. Candidates' interview results are scored independently by the judges, and the statisticians make statistics on the spot, and the average value is taken as the candidates' interview results.
