(1) The annual household income is less than 40,000 yuan.
(2) Family members have two or more official accounts in the five districts of this Municipality, among which the applicant must have obtained the official accounts in the five districts of this Municipality for three years or more.
(3) The per capita construction area of the original housing (self-owned housing or public housing rented according to the housing reform policy rent standard) is below 16 square meters.
In addition, families who choose monetary resettlement in land acquisition and demolition and have no houses in other places, or low-income families who choose monetary resettlement and have no houses in other places in old city reconstruction, the total amount of monetary resettlement does not exceed 350,000 yuan, and those who meet the above conditions (1) and (2) can buy affordable housing publicly sold by government organizations.
