1. The registration object of the experimental examination is the candidates who must take the physical, chemical and biological experimental examinations according to the provisions of the national examination plan.
2. Candidates can take the experimental examination only after completing the required compulsory courses according to the teaching progress arranged by the school.
3. Candidates sign up for the written test while signing up for the experimental test.
4. The registration of the experimental examination for in-school candidates is organized by the school, and the experimental examination for non-in-school candidates is registered at the designated test center of the county (city, district).
5. The registration of the experimental examination should pay the examination fee.
Second, the test center settings
1. The first-level middle school laboratory is no longer accepted, and the test center can be located in our school.
2. Only after other high schools have passed the acceptance test can we set up a test center in our school.
3. Schools that do not meet the requirements for setting test sites, their students will take the test at the test sites designated at the county level. Students take part in the assessment in different places, except for meals and registration fees, all other expenses are borne by the school.
Third, the invigilator
1. The invigilator is hired, arranged and trained by the county (city, district) examination office.
2. The ratio of candidates to invigilators in each examination shall not exceed 8: 1.
3. The invigilator shall designate a person in charge to take charge of each exam.
Fourth, evaluation
1. The exam must be conducted in the laboratory, with one candidate and one table, and operated independently.
2. The assessment time will be arranged by the county (city, district), and it will be 20 days before the written test after registration.
3. According to the time arranged by the county (city, district), the examination order or time of the test center shall be arranged according to the class. The head teacher or classroom teacher will take the students of this class to gather outside the laboratory 10 minutes before the exam, and other classes will attend classes normally.
4. 48 hours before the assessment time, the county (city, district) will open the test paper bag and hand over the Laboratory Preparation Sheet to the laboratory staff of the school. Accordingly, the experimenter should be fully prepared before the exam, and put the table number on the experimental table.
5. The evaluation procedure is:
(1) Before the exam begins, students are in class, and the invigilator arranges the exam time for candidates according to the capacity of the laboratory (note 1).
(2) The time for each exam is ***20 minutes, from the beginning of the candidate's admission to the end of the exam.
(3) In the experimental examination, experimenters can enter the examination room, but they are not allowed to answer questions and guide candidates to operate.
(4) Candidates are admitted by textual research (Note 2). Except for textual research, ballpoint pens or pens, pencils, rulers, erasers and calculators, nothing is allowed to be brought into the laboratory.
(5) After the candidates enter the venue, the invigilator issues the examination registration form, and the candidates fill in the school, name, examination number and desk number.
(6) The invigilator randomly selects a test paper envelope from the test paper bag and opens it in public. Announce the exam questions to the candidates and guide them to fill in the exam registration form (see annex).
(7) The invigilator must carefully observe every experimental step of the examinee and make a record of seeking truth from facts on the invigilator record form.
(8) At the end of time, candidates leave the laboratory with the examination registration form.
(9) The invigilator receives the examination registration form, evaluates the results on the spot according to the scores on the invigilator record sheet, and only records whether the results are qualified or unqualified, and signs it.
(10) The experimenter checks the equipment and supplements the supplies, and the invigilator organizes the candidates to prepare for the next entrance examination.
6. After each exam, the invigilator will cut out the invigilator's record sheet and test questions, put the test questions back in the original paper bag, bind the invigilator's record sheet and test registration form together, and give them to the invigilator for safekeeping.
7. After the examination of the test center, the invigilator is responsible for sorting out the test center invigilation record sheet and examination registration form according to the class, and submitting them to the county (city, district) examination together with the test questions. The examination questions shall be destroyed by special personnel, and the invigilator record form and examination registration form shall be kept by the examination office for one year.
8. Unqualified students are not allowed to take the next exam again.
9. The examination results shall be notified to schools and candidates by the county (city, district) Kaoban, and the results shall be reported to the state (city) Kaoban and entered into the computer.

Note: 1. The invigilator can arrange the number of candidates in the following ways:
A. sequential lottery method: if there are 58 students in a class and the laboratory can accommodate 2 1 person, the class will be arranged to take three exams. The invigilator should prepare 58 labels, the numbers range from 1 to 58, and the students draw lots to decide the order. The number 1-2 1 is the first game, the numbers 22-42 are the second game, and the rest are the third game.

C other random grouping methods can also be used, which is decided by the invigilator, but candidates should be guaranteed to arrange time slots randomly.
2. If the school experimental equipment can only arrange one laboratory as the examination room, the candidates will enter the venue in turn to take the exam; If more than 2 laboratories are set as examination rooms, they can be tested at the same time, and each examination room arranges the same candidates for examination; The ratio of candidates to invigilators in each examination room shall not exceed 8: 1.
3. The method of drawing lots for physical experiment examination can also be decided according to the actual situation, but the principle of randomness must be guaranteed.
