Wei Wendi's second wife Cao Pi is the biological mother of Cao Cao in Wei Mingdi. In 220 AD, after Cao Pi proclaimed herself emperor, she was sentenced to death. After Cao Cao ascended the throne, Zhen Shi was honored as the Queen of Zhao Wen.
