This is the second test drive of Lan Tu dreamer. I have experienced the test car of Lan Tu Dreamer before it went on the market, but because it is a test car, its performance in all aspects is not the final level of mass production. In order to really understand the actual performance of the dreamer, I got the car keys of the Lan Tu dreamer again. Different from last time, this time I was given a pure electric zero-carbon version. Compared with the extended version, I personally think that the zero carbon version is a more complete Lan Tu dreamer. What new experience will the program without extension bring me? Lan Tu dreamers have a design that people can remember at a glance. Compared with the low-carbon version, the 0-carbon version still uses a large net and adopts a closed design, which provides a more consistent visual effect. The penetrated LED strip echoes the shape of the logo.

The shape of the side is quite atmospheric, and the proportion of the figure is tall and burly, and there is a feeling of not being angry and arrogant. The waistline running through the side also gives people a good sense of strength. Tail design has its own characteristics. Instead of penetrating taillights, it uses a sporty black background color and a transparent lamp shell design. The willow-shaped LED strip also has texture details, which is highly recognizable.

Interior Comments: Pay more attention to the front row entertainment experience

Lan Tu dreamer adopts integrated central control panel, which has a strong sense of science and technology and won't have the stiff feeling of general MPV. Simple design with fresh color matching, under a large number of leather packages, the look and feel is good, and the actual feeling is good, which is in line with its luxury positioning.

Unfortunately, this is not a whole big screen, but three screens of the same size are embedded in it. After the screen is lit, the black edge is very obvious, which affects the perception to some extent. But the performance of the locomotive is still commendable. Qualcomm 8 155 chip provides good processing ability, the system has high fluency and stability, and the richness of software is also commendable.

As an MPV model, it is really surprising that the co-pilot can enjoy one screen alone. In addition to having the same function as the central control panel, it can also switch to the instrument mode, and you can see the shape information of the vehicle. The co-pilot position is not low.

The air-conditioning panel is very beautiful in a clean state, and the design of keeping the physical buttons also makes the operation easier and the actual touch more direct, but the piano black panel needs to be kept clean frequently, otherwise it will easily become a "fingerprint collector".

Back row and space: the middle row experience is good, and the treatment of the third row needs to be improved.

As the core position of MPV model, the middle row has given the standard answer of the same level-equipped with two aviation seats with leg rests. Both seats have good comfort, excellent wrapping and supporting ability, but there is still room for improvement in leg rest angle, and the legs of tall passengers may not be fully supported.

In addition, the configuration of the middle row seats is also rich. In addition to the electric adjustment of the seat, it also has the function of heating/ventilation/massage, and is equipped with independent air conditioning in the rear row, which ensures the comfort.

The real surprise is that the dreamer is not equipped with the back multimedia system. Although the small table board provided is still very practical, compared with the treatment of the co-pilot, the middle row always feels empty and really needs improvement.

In addition, the performance of the third row of seats is also relatively bipolar, and the body size does not create enough space for the third row. If the passengers in the second row want to enjoy the rest of their feet, there is little legroom in the third row. If they want to sit normally, they need to compromise with the passengers in the middle row. But the third row is not without advantages. The wrapping of the seat is still excellent in its class, and it will not be uncomfortable to ride for a long time.

Driving: Driving is more enjoyable than sitting. The chassis is slightly hard and has excellent sound insulation.

The dynamic performance of Lan Tu dreamers subverts people's inherent impression of MPV, and their attention to drivers is not limited to the interior, but also includes surprises in driving experience. The first is sitting posture. The sitting posture of Lan Tu dreamer is lower than that of traditional MPV, and the platform is closer to the sitting posture of some SUVs or cars, without the feeling of professional drivers. In terms of power, it is equipped with front and rear double motors as a lengthening scheme, and the data is slightly higher than that of the lengthened low-carbon version. The total power of the motor is 435 HP, the total torque of the motor is 620n·m, and the cruising range of CLTC is 605km. For an MPV model, such power data is strong enough.

The dreamer's console layout is similar to that of the previous Freeman, and he can operate skillfully without adaptation. In comfort mode and economy mode, switch has no impression of being lazy. The torque advantage of the motor makes it have a good response and is quite comfortable when driving in urban road conditions. There will be no sudden power, and it can provide enough acceleration, which is beneficial to the comfort of the rear passengers. However, if you want to experience all the power, you only need to adjust to the "high energy" mode, and you can get a more positive dynamic response, which is enough to cope with most acceleration scenarios within the legal speed limit.

Our test drive Dreamer Dream+Zhixiang battery pack is equipped with air suspension, which has obvious influence on the dynamic characteristics of the vehicle. The chassis does not deliberately pursue comfort, but it retains a considerable sense of road. Even in the comfort mode, the chassis can be well supported and will not make the members in the car feel like "taking a boat". If you want better support, the suspension will become harder in high-energy mode, and the change of suspension can be obviously felt on ordinary urban roads.

On the other hand, the steering feel is also very impressive. The steering wheel can rotate easily in non-high energy mode, and the feedback is more real, so there will be no feeling of lightness. In high-energy mode, some deliberately. At this time, the steering wheel will appear a bit "sticky", not as natural as other modes. In the slightly fast-paced driving, the front of the car still firmly implements the steering input, and the stability of high-speed parallel line is also good. With the traction of electric four-wheel drive, you can even be a little arrogant in corners.

However, for comfort, such suspension characteristics are not a good thing. In the most important middle row position of MPV, the vibration transmitted to the carriage is relatively large. This feeling will be more obvious if the road conditions are not good. Fortunately, the dreamer performed well in noise control. The tall car body did not bring obvious wind noise. In addition to aerodynamic optimization, sound insulation materials are also used well. Coupled with the inherent noise advantages of pure electric vehicles, the quietness of the carriages has been effectively guaranteed.

After a few days' test drive, we found that the carbon version of Lan Tu dreamer, though wearing MPV, seems to be more willing to take care of the driver's feelings in his bones. Excellent chassis adjustment and good dynamic performance provide a driving experience beyond the general MPV. On the contrary, however, as an MPV, it doesn't seem to perform its duties well. As a medium and large MPV with a length of more than 5.3 meters, the actual space performance is not excellent, even worse than some 7-seat MPVs. In addition, as a model with a price close to 500,000 yuan, the key configuration in the rear row is also lacking. Compared with some MPV models of the same price, there is still much room for improvement in this respect.

Lan Tu dreamers provide a brand-new way of thinking, blurring the dividing line between MPV and SUV, paying more attention to the driver's feelings, and the performance in the back row is also in line with the average level of an MPV. Lan Tu Dreamer is more suitable for users who need to drive their own vehicles, so that drivers can have a better experience while ensuring the functionality of MPV. As for the choice of power system, individuals are more inclined to increase the scheme of low-carbon board, which is more in line with the dreamer's life orientation.
