How long does dream interpretation last _ How long does it take to dream?

How long does it usually take for dreams to come true?

In fact, dreams can be viewed from two angles:

(1) Scientific perspective (reality): The content of dreams has a significant relationship with the deep psychological process.

Sigmund. Freud was the father of psychology. He has a famous saying that dreams are the expression of repressed wishes in real life.

Unsatisfied desires in daily life will unconsciously produce spiritual effects in dreams, which will lead to the formation of internal vision. Dreams are subconscious thoughts that reflect our real life. Simply put, as long as we understand dreams, we can understand our subconscious and even our hearts. If we analyze dreams from this psychological perspective, dreams are equal to our inner world, and dreams are our inner hearts.

Another famous psychologist, a disciple of Freud, is called Carl. Jung said: Dreams are things that predict the future and give us suggestions. Simply put, dreams are our human vision of the future. If we look at dreams from this angle, dreams are our hopes.

(2) Mysterious angle (illusory): Since ancient times, there are many stories about dreams, many of which cannot be explained by science.

Dreams are mysterious, and the most representative is the virgin pregnancy of the Virgin Mary recorded in the New Testament. The angel in the dream told the virgin Mary, "Your body is pregnant with the son of God", and Mary was born with Jesus Christ.

In ancient times, there were many ancient ways to interpret dreams. The most famous person in China is Duke Zhou. Many times it is said that if we dream of unlucky things, it is auspicious. For example, dreaming of death means rebirth. Looking at dreams from these angles, dreams are full of mystery. We can even say that dreams are a way for gods/angels to communicate with human beings and a very sacred ability. We can also say that dreams are predictions of the future, which is equivalent to what Jung said: dreams are the hope of mankind.

There are many kinds of dreams, which can be divided into three types:

(1) Spiritual Dream

Dreams produced by the spirit. Our subconscious memory or mental state becomes a dream of symbolic expression. Freud and Jung were talking about this kind of dream.

(2) Persistent dreams

This is a dream that we easily fall asleep when we are excited. For example, watching horror movies before going to bed will be reflected in dreams.

(3) Environment and physiological dreams

Because of the environmental or physiological needs at that time, I would have such a dream. For example, you dream of going to the toilet and wetting the bed after waking up.

The content of dreams is infinite, and anything strange may appear in our dreams:

(1) dreamland: company, school, church, desert, etc.

(2) Dreaming of characters: parents, lovers, dead people, friends, angels and so on.

(3) Dreaming of actions: make-up, eating, quarreling, lovelorn, and so on.

(4) Emotional dreams: nausea, pain, terror, loneliness, happiness, sadness, etc.

(5) Dreaming about things: wallet, computer, map, water, food, etc.

(6) Body dreams: hands, feet, hair, mouth, fingers, etc.

(7) Animal dreams: rabbits, sheep, tigers, snakes, cows, dogs, etc.

(8) Plant dreams: trees, roses and so on.

(9) color dreams: red, cyan, blue, etc.

(10) Dream of numbers: 1, 2, 3, and so on.

(1 1) Other dreams: rain, winter, birthday, etc.

I think you have enough information to propose a "dream" theme activity.
