What should I do if the self-priming pump leaks?

1. The shaft seal of the pumping self-priming pump was burned. Because the self-priming pump takes a long time or the voltage is wrong, the shaft seal will burn out, leading to water leakage. At this time, you can replace the new shaft seal and check the pipeline to find out the cause of burning out.

2. The fixed ring is broken, or the shaft seal guard and rotating ring are broken. At this time, it is necessary to check whether there are hard or sharp impurities in it. If there is, take it out and replace the broken parts.

3. The lock cap of the impeller is not locked. Check the lock cap of the impeller, or replace it with a new lock cap and lock it.

4. When installing the self-priming pump, the axis is too high, or the telescopic ring is not pressed to the end. At this point, you can disassemble the self-priming pump, readjust the height of the shaft center, and then reinstall it. When installing, make sure that the telescopic ring is pressed to the bottom.
