1. Cut and wash the wampee one by one (be sure to cut it) and dry the skin.
2. After drying the skin moisture, remove the remaining branches one by one, pinch out the stone in the pulp and remove the stone.
3. Put a part of Fritillaria cirrhosa powder at the bottom of wampee.
4. Put the rock sugar on the yellow skin.
Add a little water when cooking, and the rock sugar melts easily. It must be cooked with low fire and stirred continuously until the sugar juice thickens, but the sugar can't be completely dried, so the yellow skin will be too hard.
