Many people mistakenly think that dreaming must indicate something. In fact, everyone dreams more or less every night, but generally speaking, people dream quickly and won't leave any impression.
Some people are so impressed by dreams that they mistake them for signs. In fact, dreaming 95% of the time means nothing at all!
2. Nightmares are usually related to four factors:
(1) ate spicy food.
(2) Eat things with excessive additives, such as popsicles, ice cream, hawthorn slices and candied fruit.
(3) Excessive stress or overwork during the day.
(4) Both sausages and impure yogurt contain additives. If you eat them, you will dream easily.
