3. Circulable items: credit cards, telephone cards, tickets, checks, non-cash tickets, blank travel tickets, etc. ;

4. Antiques and handicrafts: such as porcelain and exquisite glass products in the Ming Dynasty;

5. Medical samples: diagnostic samples, blood samples, urine samples, human tissues, etc.

6. All kinds of potent poisons, narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances. Such as: arsenic, opium, morphine, cocaine, * * *, marijuana and so on.

7. Articles prohibited from circulation or shipment by national laws and regulations. Such as: cultural relics, weapons, ammunition, simulated weapons, etc.

The penalties for mailing contraband are as follows:

1. Whoever delivers prohibited items shall be given administrative penalties for public security according to law;

2. Whoever causes personal injury or property loss shall be liable for compensation according to law. If the circumstances are serious, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.

No organization or individual may use the express service network to engage in activities that endanger national security, social public interests or the legitimate rights and interests of others. It is forbidden to deliver the following items:

(1) Articles prohibited from circulation by laws and administrative regulations;

(2) Publications, publicity materials, printed matter, etc. , endangering national security and social and political stability, and the content is obscene;

(3) Weapons, ammunition, narcotic drugs, biochemical products, infectious articles and explosive, flammable, corrosive, radioactive, toxic and other dangerous articles;

(4) Articles harmful to public health;

(5) Various currencies in circulation;

(six) other articles prohibited by laws, administrative regulations and state regulations.
