Take three identical coins, first hold the coins in your hand, and then hold them in your hand and say what you want to measure.

Write down the back numbers that appear in turn. When you shake it back, concentrate and stop meditating.

Record several backs in turn. Add them up and shake them six times, for example: 12302 1.
