Can sweet beans be eaten raw?

The sweet beans bought in the supermarket are new products imported from abroad, but they are also a kind of beans and cannot be eaten raw.

There are also sweet beans in Yunnan. Yunnan sweet beans are yellow in appearance and grotesque in shape, like wisteria beans. They do look like beans, but when peeled, they taste like preserves. There are ribs in it. You have to remove those ribs before you can eat them.

Sweet bean snacks:

First, raw materials: a plate of sweet beans, a lily, 4 small pieces of Cantonese sausage, and appropriate amount of onion, ginger and garlic.

Second, practice:

1. Pick the sweet beans and remove the tendons on both sides. Slice sausage. Wash the lily and break it for later use.

2. Blanch sweet beans with boiling water, remove cold water after discoloration.

3. Add a little oil to the frying spoon, add onion and ginger until fragrant, then add sweet beans and stir fry a few times, add sausage and stir fry for a while, then add lily, add a little salt, soy sauce and a little water and stir fry a few times, and finally add garlic slices and chicken essence to the pan.
