In recent years, there have been some cases of students being injured by psychological problems in primary and secondary schools. Therefore, only by establishing an effective early warning mechanism and doing a good job in prevention and intervention of high-risk groups can we nip in the bud.
First, establishing and perfecting students' psychological files, grasping students' situation in time, and establishing and perfecting students' psychological files are the premise and foundation of students' psychological problems early warning and crisis intervention.
(1) Every year, schools should conduct general mental health measurement for freshmen, establish students' psychological files, and make classified analysis, so as to preliminarily grasp students' mental health status and do a good job of confidentiality. The head teacher should actively communicate with the psychological counseling teacher and grasp the relevant situation in time.
(2) For students with psychological abnormality and psychological crisis, it is necessary to establish special files, focus on management, and communicate and exchange with the class teacher of the student's class on a regular basis.
(3) The head teachers of each class should keep records of students' psychological abnormality and crisis, and pay close attention to such students before graduation.
Second, actively carry out mental health education in schools and establish the concept of putting prevention first.

(4) The school should be equipped with enough full-time psychological teachers, strengthen the construction of the school psychological consultation room, open the psychological consultation room regularly, announce the psychological help hotline, and unblock the information channels of psychological crisis intervention. Usually, we should pay special attention to the work of freshmen, graduates, poor students, students with learning difficulties, gifted students and other students who encounter sudden blows or unexpected stimuli in their study or life.
Three, the implementation of students' psychological abnormality reporting system.
When students have psychological abnormality or psychological crisis, they should report it promptly so as to effectively intervene and deal with it. According to the State Council's Emergency Regulations on Public Health Emergencies, it is necessary to establish a reporting system for students' psychological abnormalities and crises. At school, when any student is found to have any psychological crisis, psychological abnormality or unexpected events, anyone should immediately report to the class teacher; The class teacher should immediately report to the Political and Educational Affairs Office (or the school psychological counseling working group) and the infirmary; The Political and Educational Affairs Office (or the school psychological counseling working group) should immediately report to the school-level competent leader. In case of emergency, anyone should immediately report to the school-level competent leader. Those who report late, omit or conceal important information will be investigated for their corresponding responsibilities.
Fourth, establish an emergency handling mechanism for students' psychological problems.
