Hometown cuisine: noodles

? Noodle is one of the traditional pasta in five northern provinces of China, namely Shanxi, Hebei, Shandong, Henan and Shaanxi. The production method is similar, and the noodles are all pressed out with special tools and seasoned. But tastes and characteristics vary from place to place. In our local area, there is a very famous Tian noodles. Their house used to be a street stall, but it grew bigger and bigger. There are several chain stores in this town now.

? There is another strategy to tell you that if you eat cakes, there are usually noodles in the store (but there are not necessarily cakes where there are noodles). The locals are an egg with two cakes and a bowl of noodles is a standard dinner.
