Forging the official seal is an illegal act, which seriously constitutes a crime.

Stamping the official seal itself is the traditional way to conclude an agreement document. Just like a natural person fingerprinting, once a document is formed, it is only necessary to take out the document to prove the agreement between the two parties.

Stamping the official seal on the agreement document is a low-cost proof method, and its significance in the transaction process cannot be denied just because fraud may occur in practice.

Because a large number of contract documents recognize the text stamped with the official seal, disputes often occur in the specific performance, and this recognition itself comes from the small official seal.
