How to construct stone-like coating?

Stone-like coating is a kind of natural sandstone, which has the texture of natural stone, corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, waterproof, clean and smooth texture, and the effect can be almost confused. Stone-like paint is a one-component coating for building exterior walls with various colors by suspending two or more kinds of water-based color particles in water-based media. It is a water-borne exterior wall multicolor coating based on acrylic silicone emulsion and fluorocarbon resin emulsion, combined with high-quality inorganic pigments and high-performance additives, which breaks through the theory of coating chemistry and is processed by a special process.

1, base treatment, plastering.

2. Brush the sealing primer: the water content of the base surface before brushing should be less than 10%. Spray a layer of moisture-proof primer evenly on the base surface with a spray gun or brush, and carry out back sealing treatment until there is no bleeding. In order to avoid pollution and swelling of real stone paint due to base surface bleeding and moisture permeability, which will affect construction quality. The drying time of moisture-proof primer is about 60 minutes.

3. Splitting, elastic thread and adhesive tape: Splitting and elastic thread according to the drawing requirements, and selecting adhesive tape and adhesive tape according to the width and depth of the seam. In order to ensure the accurate position, it should be horizontal and vertical.

4. Spray stone-like paint: construction sequence: it is best to make the base coat first from top to bottom, then coat the cement mortar surface, and maintain it with the coating, and then fall off the frame. After painting to the end, raise the shelf, and then spray paint from top to bottom to ensure the same color of the coating.

5. demoulding: after spraying, demould in time and clean the joints.

6. Surface grinding: Before spraying the waterproof protective film, it is necessary to use common sandpaper and other tools to grind off the floating sand on the surface of the coating, and smooth the particles with acute angles on the surface of the stone paint by about 30%-50%, which can increase the aesthetic feeling of stones, reduce acute angles, avoid dust accumulation and ensure the complete coverage of the waterproof protective film.

7. Paint spraying: After 24 hours of survival, paint spraying must be carried out after the real stone paint is completely dried. Spray a thin and uniform layer of topcoat, which should be sprayed evenly without flowing and hardened for about 60 minutes.
