What if I always dream when I sleep?

I often dream that my project may go wrong at night. Later, after a period of adjustment, I greatly reduced the situation of poor sleep. As the saying goes, think about it day and night, and dream at night. Dreaming at night is mostly thinking too much during the day, which is a "demon". I couldn't sleep at that time because I thought too much about the past and the future. Then you can do something different from yourself during the day:

Exercise from 7 to 9. When I don't sleep well, I will choose to participate in fun running, cycling and exercise during this time. Of course, it doesn't need to be too intense. I just need to sweat and feel tired. Exercise promotes the metabolic cycle of the body and consumes the original energy of the human body. Sometimes I can't sleep well at night because of fatigue, and I have things to think about during the day or at night. Moreover, when you run and ride a bike for fun, you will see all kinds of sights and relax.

9:30- 10 read a book and soak your feet. When the body has finished exercising, you can't take a shower immediately. You should calm your body down. When you soak your feet and read a book, your body will be fully relaxed. I usually read some detective stories in the evening, such as Keigo Higashino's Night Walk. Basically, I read a lot of books from his family, because reading detective stories consumes my brain cells, which makes me shift too many topics during the day to detective novels, especially when I wake up one case after another, which will bring me drowsiness.

10-10 shower and sing. You can try to vent your emotions in the shower, such as singing and singing your favorite songs. I sometimes sing when I have a stressful bath. In a closed space, no one will stop to harass me. Although I can't sing well, I feel comfortable when I try my best to sing my body and mind. By this time, your basic brain has been emptied a lot.

During10: 30-11:00, don't look at your mobile phone, drink some hot milk/luoshen scented tea and listen to some music. I usually listen to some soothing music to help me sleep at night, such as Bandari's Wonderland, Misty Forest and Chopin's Nocturne. The ethereal concert takes you to sleep, and Luoshen scented tea/hot milk is the best companion to help me sleep. In addition, don't stay up late, because you watch too much mobile phone at night, the light radiation on the screen of the mobile phone will affect your sleep, and you will naturally fall asleep when you are tired of listening to music.

When I have poor sleep or too much pressure, I must not think too much, nor be too pessimistic, because the pessimistic effect is actually 100% negative. Be optimistic and actively seek solutions.
