Go to the temple first and give your mother a past life ranking. Ask the master in the temple, and he will tell you what to do.

Second, if possible, do a cross-over ceremony for your mother. Still have to cross the Tibetan scriptures, or go to the temple to ask the master.

Third, it would be better to do these things within seven seven forty-nine. It is said that the 49th is the bardo of the deceased.
