Taiyi mixing pile method

Taiyi mixed-element pile method is called "Wudang Taiyi Yinxian School mixed-element Yin-Yang five-element pile". This pile is the foundation of five elements boxing Daoism in Wudang Taiyi, and all those who practice Wudang Daoism internal boxing are based on this pile. Among them, "Seven Return to Nine Return to Dafa" is the source of inspiration for the School of Invincible Immortals, and the method of "One Cyclone Drinks and Kun Mixing Force" is the basis of obtaining the "Rotating Force Mixing Force" in boxing, so anyone who studies Wutangmen Boxing in our college must take this pile as the basis.

This work is divided into three steps. The first step is "Tai Yi Qi Return Pile", which is as follows:

(4) The wrist and palm are bright, so that the palm is folded forward and the wrist is down. Protrude your palms forward, but don't use force. Keep your whole body relaxed, especially your shoulders drooping, as shown in Figure 5.

(5) Sit down slowly, and at the same time, slowly press your palm to the front of your lower abdomen with your body. Your palm is still down, your chin is opposite, and your fingers are naturally separated. As shown in fig. 6. This trend is the setting of the big B-7 pile. Be careful not to squat too low or too high. Bend your knees 120 degrees, keep your body upright and your spine upright. There is slight lateral support at the root of both hips, which keeps the genitals and penis relaxed naturally. Women also need to cross the crotch root and think that the vaginal opening of the vagina is slightly open. Don't use force on your hands. Your heart and feet stick together with the earth, and the more you stick together, the tighter you can't pull it out.

(6) Start breathing now. In fact, all internal skills are tempered by breathing, and this place is no exception. Attention: breathe in slowly, thinking that the earth is very cold, but there is a raging fire in the center of the earth. My inhalation is to suck up the hot air from the center of the earth, suck in the bone marrow along Yongquan point of the foot, then rise along the bone marrow, merge at Yin Hui point (between the front and back yin, between scrotum and anus), then rise along the midline of the body and go straight to Nijiugong in the brain. The mud pill palace is between the eyebrows and the back of the head, indicating that the place where the fairy is located is empty. Route from Yin Hui point up through the "Dantian" (the cavity behind the navel and in front of the life door), then through the middle mouth of Zhongshan (the midpoint between the two nipples is backward, and the empty mouth in the middle of the body cavity), up through the middle cervical canal, across the Magpie Bridge (the tongue touches the palate, which is called Magpie Bridge), and then up into the Mudpill Palace. At this time, the eyes can be slightly closed, leaving a tiny gap in the middle to illuminate the space of the palm, the ears will not listen, the upper and lower teeth will be lightly closed, and the lower abdomen will be adducted. This is an inhalation. In the process of inhalation, with the adduction of the lower abdomen, you can use your mind to suck up into the vagina and enter the body. But not too hard. As long as there is a slight sense of movement; Women tend to shrink the cervix into the vagina and close it. Inhalation is converted into exhalation as soon as it is completed, and the whole body is relaxed when breathing. The true qi will still descend from Mud Pillow Palace to Yin Hui Point and then to Yongquan Point at the foot, returning to the fire. This is exhalation. Note: breathe through your nose and keep your lips closed. When breathing, the whole body naturally droops, the lower abdomen recovers, the genitals relax, and the crotch roots are still open. A breath is a breath, count it yourself. * * * All seven tones are the first time. Don't push hard between breaths, try to be natural, slow and long. Slowly count one, two, three, four, five, six and seven in your mind; Breathe for hours, just relax when breathing, and then count to two, two, three, four, five, six, seven, one to seven, two, three, four, five, six and seven, which is the first round.

If you are an amateur, you can stop after the first round of practice, but then you can practice the big B 9 pile, which can last a long time. If you have time to practice professional martial arts, you can practice the second and third rounds, and you can't exceed the seventh round at most. After receiving the seven piles, the body does not move. Slowly turn your hands from the inside out into palms up, and put them in front of your lower abdomen, with your five fingers slightly propped up, and your palms are like holding a big balloon, as shown in Figure 7. After a short pause, stop reverse breathing and resume natural breathing. Open a hole in the top of your head, which is about the thickness of your thumb. This hole goes deep into the brain, magpie bridge, mouth, throat, mouth, abdomen and perineum in a straight line. The sunshine in the sky is rotten, bright and warm, but there is a cool essence in the sky. When I inhale, this essence enters my body from the hole above my head, goes down from the mud pill palace to the perineum, and overflows in my genitals. When I exhale, this cool essence belongs to my abdominal cavity and other places. The life gate is at the joint of the spine facing the navel. When inhaling, the abdomen bulges slightly, and the mind is cool, and the essence reaches Yin Hui point from the sky. This is an inhalation, while when exhaling, the essence belongs to the abdominal cavity. This is exhalation. One interest is one interest, and one interest is nine. When breathing, the requirements of all parts of the body are the same as those of the seven piles. Shut your mouth, close your eyes slightly, and leave a gap in the middle of your palm. Your ears don't listen, your tongue is on the palate, your nose is breathing, your hands are empty, you can't exert yourself, your shoulders droop, and you forget your legs. In this way, I can't count my breaths, starting from one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, and going to two, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, and finally nine, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine.

Generally speaking, you can practice the Nine Rings several times after several rounds of Qi Huan, but it is not limited to this. The ninth ring is the water of heaven, and the yin of Tianshui is used to help the yang on my body. Then why is it called "seven returns to nine" instead of "five returns to six"? This is based on the oldest book Hutuluo. In ancient times, when people began to understand everything in the universe, they all started with the simplest "one". Laozi, the father of Taoism, said: "Taoism gives birth to one life, one life, two lives, three lives, three lives." That's what I'm saying. River map theory is that water is the fourth place, with 90% of the sky and 70% of the fire. So seven is the number of fire, nine is the number of gold, and it is an elixir through fire and water exercise. Taoism's theory of "golden liquid returning to Dan" is produced by these theories. Here, in the name of "seven returns to nine returns", it is mainly to exercise the cohesion and smoothness of the true qi in the body. "Qi Gui" is connected from bottom to top, and "Jiu Gui" is connected from top to bottom, so that the turbid gas in the body is discharged and left clear, and then flows all over the body.

4. Taiyuan -B mixed gas reactor:

(3) At this time, regardless of breathing, the body slowly rotates 90 degrees to the left, and the foot does not move. At the same time, the body is sent forward, the right foot is straight, and the left leg lunges, as shown in Figure 9.

(4) Connect, keep your body still, keep your left pedal straight, sit back, focus on your right leg, and keep your upper body intact, as shown in figure 10.

(5) Turn right to 180 degrees in the above manner. If it faces north at first, Figure 9 faces west. At this time, turn to the east, and the body slowly moves forward with the turning trend, with the left pedal straight and the right foot sprinting; As shown in figure 1 1.

(6) Connect, sit back slowly, straighten the right pedal, and sit on the left leg with the center of gravity, as shown in figure 12.

(7) After the connection is completed, turn left 180 degrees to form Figure 9, then turn left and right and turn side by side.

(8) At this time, regardless of breathing, count one (silently) in Figure 9, count two in Figure 10, and then count three, four, five, six, seven and eight for the first round. On the second round, count to two, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, and on the eighth round, count to eight, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. This is the first time, and you can practice it one to eight times according to the training time.

(9) This formula is called mixed element-cyclone dry Kun, and the key is to spin gas, seven times and nine times, and collect two gases from heaven and earth. This side combines yin and yang in the body into one, making it a real internal force of essence. When rotating, it is intended to put the pulse around the waist like a belt, and the front and back are in line with the navel. The true spirit of the mind flows in the pulse (the pulse is as thick as the thumb), and you can draw 8 circles in the body, and at the same time you can inject six balls and one column. What is six balls and one column? Six goals, two in the top, two in the middle and two in the bottom. There are two eyeballs in the upper plate, two renal balls in the middle plate (one on each side of the Ming Gate) and two testicular balls in the lower plate. In women, the middle disk consists of two mammary glands, the lower disk consists of two renal glands, and one column is the spine. Three episodes and two balls are connected into three characters, which means the theory of becoming immortal, so it is called the school of hidden immortals. When the spine is rotated as the longitudinal axis, the three groups of six balls rotate left and right, and the internal qi naturally rotates left and right. Over time, it gathers into a mass of essence, that is, internal force. After a long period of left-right rotation, the body sinks into the ground, the feet sink into the ground, the legs are like piles, and the arms of the body rotate loosely, with spiral force, which can resolve any external force. However, due to the increase of internal qi, an expansion force like an air mass is generated in the closed hands, which can also be called elasticity. So this pile is the foundation of wudang boxing's Taoism and the source of internal force of essence. Dan Daoism calls this stage the foundation. When you rotate, your eyes are slightly open and your eyes are focused on the front of your body. Although open and closed, my ears seem to hear nothing. Avoid ups and downs and always stay at the same level.

5. Closing potential:

Pick up the mixed pile potential, and after practicing for a whole time, you can stop the rotation potential, turn your body to the north, stand upright slowly, put your hands down to restore the position of preparation potential, and then take your toes as the axis and your heels inward; Then merge the toes together with the heel as the axis, and then merge the heels together.

At this time, the true qi has filled every pore and organ of the body, and the combination of martial arts and true qi forms real internal strength. This stage is the truly extraordinary stage of hair cutting and pulp washing, which is called an alchemist by Taoist Dan. The third layer is ecstasy. If the first two layers have internal qi and internal strength, then this layer will no longer pay attention to the change of qi, but will all turn to the operation of God's will. That is, after the whole body is full of qi, the mind expands and enlarges, and there is a layer of airflow around it, such as a rope. I kept spinning and expanding the balloons around me with my mind, and gradually bright light was released around me. This circle of phosgene expands, gradually melting the gas rope wrapped around me, fully blending with my gas, and the gas light spreads farther and farther, gradually blending with vanity. At this time, I am spinning in the void with the indomitable spirit, and there is nothing around but vanity. My body has gradually melted into the void and turned into a transparent whirlwind. At this point, my body and mind are in virtual silence. I'm just a group of gods who keep turning around involuntarily, turning slower and slower. I gradually stopped moving, and even the gods did not exist, leaving only a void. In this kung fu, Taoists call it "forgetting", Buddhists call it "going deep into the big decision", and Dandao gas refining device is also called "bathing and nurturing the fetus". Turning light into annihilation is the highest realm of the martial arts of the Hidden Immortal School. At this time, the body and mind are highly unified, the whole body is so loose, reaching a state of immobility, and the mind is not pure, and it is all unconscious. Zhang Ziyang, the founder of southern Taoism, called it "what is visible cannot be obtained, but what is useful cannot be seen". When we meet in a trance, we will change. Taiyi eight-pulse hammer guide type four

Before hammering, the spine should be guided first. This is because Taiyi mixed pile only guides and exercises the mind and spirit, but not the spine. These four postures are preparation before hammering.

(4) Turn right to restore the posture as shown in figure 13, then turn right to the posture as shown in figure 14, and turn four times to return to the standby posture.

The main purpose of this trend is to move the spine, which is the general fulcrum of the whole body nerve, and must be moved every day to ensure the normal operation of all nerve plexus. Instructions for using Taiyi Eight-pulse Hammer Method

Taiyi Eight-pulse Hammer is to beat the eight strange meridians of the whole body with a special wooden stick and iron stick, so that all incoming meridians are connected and qi and blood are unblocked, and the ability to resist cold and heat and external forces is achieved. There are several points for attention in the operation of Taiyi eight-pulse hammer method.

First, you must do the first four guiding postures before practice, and do a good job of warming up to prevent injury.

Second, gas must be injected before hammering. See the back for the content of gas injection.

Third, it is forbidden to drink alcohol before hammering. This is because alcohol hurts Wei Qi, which makes the pores of sweat glands of the whole body open, making it easy to get hurt.

Fourth, hammering must be done two hours after meals, usually only once a day. It is recommended to do it after defecation in the morning and have breakfast half an hour after exercise.

Fifth, prohibit any sexual life within one month after starting to practice the big B eight-pulse hammer method, otherwise it is easy to get hurt, remember, remember! You can have sex after one month, but you must be temperate. You can't hammer in the morning, just do four types of guidance and hammer again the next day. Air infiltration is the key to ironing cloth in hot and cold weather. From the eight-pulse hammer to the protection against cold and hot weather, air infiltration should be handled well. Only when the air permeability is good, the hammer will not be injured, and cold protection will be effective.

(1) According to the figure 1, prepare for immobility, and take three deep breaths, that is, bulge the lower abdomen as much as possible when inhaling, depress the lower abdomen as much as possible when exhaling, and exhale abdominal gas as much as possible.

(2) After taking three deep breaths, when not breathing or breathing for the fourth time, try to bulge the lower abdomen first, then hold your breath, take a deep breath, enter the abdomen, and then swallow it in your throat. Be careful, don't inhale too fast, inhale slowly and fill your abdomen. In addition, swallowing is only dry, and there is no saliva and gas in the mouth, just like swallowing food.

(3) After swallowing, the abdominal gas is pressed downwards, the lower abdomen keeps bulging, and the mouth and nose resume natural breathing. Then separate your feet as shown in figure 2, sit down slightly, and bend your knees slightly, like standing naturally.

(4) Expand the abdomen as much as possible. When you really can't help it, you can let go of your lower abdomen, exhale for a long time, open your mouth and pronounce the word "ha", exhale the gas in your lower abdomen through your mouth, breathe three times in a row, pronounce the word "ha" three times, and your breathing will return to nature.

Count from (1) to (4) once, practice on an empty stomach six times every morning for three days, and then practice the next step.

Note: be sure to inflate the abdomen first, then inhale into the abdomen, and breathe naturally after swallowing. The abdomen is always full of air masses, and the order must not be wrong, otherwise it will be useless and harmful.

(5) Connect to (3), stand on the pile with your abdomen tucked in, hold your hands forward and upward from both sides of your body on your chest, and bend your palms upward to face each other, as shown in Figure 22.

At the same time, lift the air mass of the lower abdomen to the chest diaphragm with both hands, so that the chest bulges, and the mouth and nose can still breathe naturally and try their best to hold their breath.

(6) Breathe out the breath in your chest when you can't bear it. At the same time, open your mouth and read it three times in a row to breathe out the residual breath in your chest. Exhale not too fast, but also slowly. After three more days of practice, you can hammer;

Note: air penetration method is the key, and you must be skilled in operation before you can hit the hammer. Moreover, you need to inject gas into the enemy at any time in the future, which can not only resist but also make up the internal force of fists and feet, and practice other fists, legs and feet with half the effort.

Bread-breaking method: Although the method of not eating food has existed since ancient times, it should not be taken lightly, but it is only a last resort. People who practice martial arts, in particular, consume too much physical strength every day and must maintain normal nutrition and supplies. Eat only a little fresh vegetables and fruits the next day, and you can drink water to practice. On the third day, I only drank water to practice. If you want to resume eating, you can only drink gruel on the first day, eat thicker porridge or noodles, fruits and vegetables on the second day, and resume your normal diet on the third day.

Taiyi eight-pulse hammer

First, Ren Du Er mai

1. Preparation posture: The posture is the same as that in Figure 1 Preparation posture, but with Taiyi Panlong double stick, as shown in Figure 23.

2. Abdominal impact potential: Starting from Figure 23, first inflate the abdomen, then hit the abdomen with two sticks from left to right, and impact one inch below the umbilicus, and meditate one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight and nine in your mouth; Two, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine; Count to four, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, * * * four nine three six. During this period, the nose and mouth naturally breathe, but the abdomen always expands, as shown in Figure 24.

3. Tail-hitting potential (1): After hitting the abdomen, swing your right foot to the right, turn right with a 90-degree bow, hit the coccyx with the club head for eight times with your left hand upside down, and cross the top of your head with your right hand, silently counting one, two, three, four, five, six, seven and eight, as shown in Figure 25.

4. Tail-hitting potential (2): Turn your body 90 degrees to the left, buckle your right foot, swing your left foot outward, put the stick in front of your head with your left hand, and hit your tailbone with your right hand with a club head, and meditate on one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, then turn your body straight and stand up straight, as shown in Figure 26.

5. Lean forward slightly, turn your hands left and right, and hit the spine with the club head in turn. Count one, two, three, four, five, six, seven and eight silently from the coccyx upwards and from left to right. When you count to eight, hit the big spine at the back of the neck with your right hand, as shown in Figures 27 and 28 and the general schematic diagram of the spine hitting place.

6. Neck-hitting potential: From the upward potential, stick the club head up on the spine with the left hand, stick the club head on the big spine with the right hand, and hit the big spine with the club head, and count silently one, two, three, four, five, six, seven and eight, as shown in Figure 29.

7. Strike the neck on the top of the head: take over the situation, put down the left hand stick, tap the right hand stick upward from the vertebral column, while striking, move up, pass the Fengfu and Jade Pillow until Baihui, and silently strike one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, * * eight times at the same time, as shown in Figure 30, 3 1.

8. Bend down and hit the top (1): Take the opportunity, bend the upper body forward, look back from the middle of the leg, and hit Baihui point eight times with two sticks, first right and then left, as shown in Figures 32 and 33.

9. Bend down and hit the top (2): After hitting Baihui point, hit the hairline (hairline and forehead) from this point eight times while walking, and slowly get up and stand up straight, as shown in Figures 34 and 35.

At this time, relax the lower abdomen, breathe three times, and then inhale into the lower abdomen.

10. Wipe the nose and throat: the right hand stick goes down through the forehead from the hairline along the inner corner of the nose root eye, down to the right side of the nose wing, down to the right side of the Adam's apple, and ends at the "Tiantu point", and the two sticks will meet, as shown in Figures 36, 37 and 38.

1 1. Punch the tiantu point: open the left stick and stretch it horizontally to the left, with the height at shoulder height. At the same time, look up at the sky and hit Tiantu point three times with the right club head, as shown in Figure 39.

13. Lift the air mass in the lower abdomen to the chest diaphragm and hit the middle of the abdomen with two sticks in turn, for a total of eight times.

14. Down to the abdomen: from Zhongshan point down, hit the abdomen with two sticks for eight times while walking, and at the same time, lower the air mass at the chest diaphragm to the abdomen, as shown in Figure 4 1 42.

Note: At this time, although the air mass in the chest and abdomen moves downward, it is still hit by a stick, but it will definitely swell but will not leak. Vent and relax your lower abdomen. Say it three times in your mouth. This is Ren Du Hammer, which is specially designed to open the second pulse of Ren Du for the earthquake. After beginners learn the above hammer method, they can stop playing this Ren Du hammer for seven days, and then play the full hammer at the back after seven days.

Second, the pulse hammer

1. From the preparation shown in Figure 23, the abdomen is inflated, and then the right foot is opened one step to the right, the forefoot is clicked, the upper body is turned left, the left hand stick is lifted up, the horizontal stick is placed in front of the head, and the right hand stick is placed horizontally on the left costal vein, as shown in Figure 43. Then start hitting eight times, eight times later, go up one inch, eight times, go up one inch, hit eight times, go up one inch, hit eight times, go up one inch, and stop hitting eight times. * * * hit four places 32 times, as shown in Figure 44.

2. Put down the stick, put your right foot flat, turn right, touch the ground with your left forefoot, and place your center of gravity on your right foot. When the right stick rises, the left stick hits the right rib four, eight, three and twelve times, as shown in Figures 45 and 46.

3. Turn your body straight and relax, put down your stick, relax your abdomen and breathe three times, as shown in Figure 47.

Third, the head arm hammer

1. Continue from Figure 47. After that, there is no need to inject air. Just concentrate on the place where the stick hits, and concentrate on the right temple of the head. Tap the stick with your right hand eight times, and the left stick will not move, as shown in Figure 48.

2. From the temple to the back, through the upper part of the ear, the upper part of the back and the back, tap with a stick for eight times and walk while tapping, as shown in Figure 49.

3. Put down the right stick and tap the left temple eight times with the left stick, as shown in Figure 50.

4. Hit with the left stick, walk through the top of the left ear, the top of the back, and the back. Knock eight times to stop, as shown in Figure 5 1.

When you hit the temple on it, you must tap it lightly. It has a little weight. Even if you are skilled, tap, because that's where the blood vessels in the head meet. Flapping can dredge blood vessels and prevent diseases such as stroke and cerebral thrombosis. If you hit it again, there will be a risk of blood vessel rupture, which is very dangerous. Be careful! Be careful!

5. Straighten your right hand to the right and hit your right shoulder with your left hand stick eight times. When hitting the ball, you can intentionally lift the muscles of your right shoulder, which should be light at first and then gradually increase, as shown in Figure 52.

6. The left hand stick will swing down along the right arm and stop outside the right elbow, * * * eight times, as shown in Figure 53. Then hit the outside of the right forearm eight times, and the hitting position is less than two inches from the tip of the right elbow.

7. The right elbow goes down to the outside of the right wrist, and the left stick goes eight times when hitting the ball, ending at Shenmen point, as shown in Figure 54. At this time, the right arm has been rotated internally, the right hand club head is facing down, and Shenmen point is facing up, which is located in the depression between the wrist root and the forearm head Yanggu point.

8. Call eight times and then stop.

9. Turn the right arm outwards, with the right club head facing right, and hit Shenmen point on the inside of the right wrist with the left club for eight times, as shown in Figure 55.

10. Go up from Shenmen point along the inside of the arm and stop at two inches from the elbow line (the middle concave line when bending the arm). During the period * * * knocked eight times. Then press it eight times to stop, as shown in Figure 56.

The above is the right-arm hammer. The hammer method of the left-arm hammer is the same as that of the right-arm hammer, except that the left shoulder and left arm are hit with the right stick, as shown in Figure 57...6 1. Fourth, the hip hammer.
