Introduction:
Yizhoushu is a compilation of ancient Chinese historical documents, also known as Zhou Shu, and later called Zhou Shu in Jizhong after Sui and Tang Dynasties. His works mainly record current events from Zhou Wenwang, Zhou Wuwang, Duke Zhou, Wang Cheng, Kang Wang, Mu Wang, Li Wang to Wang Jing.
As the old saying goes, Yizhoushu was left after Confucius deleted Shangshu, and it was an escape of Zhou Shu, hence the name. Nowadays, many people think that the main chapters of this book were written by the Warring States period, which may have been changed or added by the Han Dynasty.
