12-seat commercial vehicles need to drive with B 1 driver's license (A 1, A2 is also acceptable), and B 1 driver's license can drive medium-sized buses with nuclear load 10 or above 19 or below.
B 1 driver's license is a medium-sized bus, which is defined as a medium-sized bus that does not exceed 6 meters and carries more than 10 passengers (inclusive) and less than 19 passengers (inclusive). Other quasi-driving models are C 1 (small car), C2 (small automatic car) and C3 (low speed).
Additional driving conditions
Holders of (C 1) driver's license for more than three years, aged between 2 1-50, and applying for an increase of (B 1) driver's license shall apply to the vehicle management office of their place of residence for additional driving without full marks in this scoring cycle and the latest scoring cycle before applying, and the increase of (B 1) is required by laws and regulations.
After passing the exams of subjects 1, 2 and 3, you can have a driver's license with B 1 quasi-driving record. Because the driver's license you hold is the latest version of the Record of the People's Republic of China's Motor Vehicle Driving License, the record of the driving license after 6 years will not be "automatically upgraded".
