Hello!
When we choose to read a book, we should look at your starting point. If you are curious about dream interpretation, then you should choose Interpretation of Dreams. If you want to know what kind of psychological type you are, I suggest you read Jung's Psychological Type.
Which one to choose depends on your own preference or which school you prefer. If you like Jung's analytical psychology, you can read Jung. If you have never been in contact with Jung or are not interested in Jung, you can read Interpretation of Dreams. Because Freud was the originator of psychoanalysis, his analysis of dreams is very representative.
Read both books. If you can read them, you can read them. You can't read them if you can't see them. No one's reason can replace yourself.
These empty theories are abstract and difficult to understand, and have no practical guiding significance. Academic research can be seen, but ordinary people don't have to.
Each has its own basic theory and is irreplaceable.
Arguably, you don't understand either of them.
The type of mind, of course. As the saying goes, think about it day and night, and dream at night. This shows that dreams are a reflection of my inner activities!
Empty circulation combined with comparative reading suggestions will make your knowledge more comprehensive and form your own opinions through your own understanding.
Freud and the Interpretation of Dreams is a book published by Yuan in 2009 by Jilin Publishing Group Co., Ltd. This book introduces Freud's life picture, psychoanalysis and the essence of dream interpretation.
Freud (1856- 1939), the most intelligent and influential academic pioneer in the 20th century, was the founder of psychoanalysis. No matter how many people criticize Freud's works and try to deny or restrict it, its charm is still strong, and Freud is still one of the most authoritative figures in the 20th century.
This book is the first time in history to analyze and study "dreams" by scientific methods. In the book, Freud discovered the principle of "dream work" through scientific exploration and explanation of dreams, and pointed out that "dreams are the satisfaction of wishes" with his genius and amazing pioneering spirit, and excavated the true master of human nature-the subconscious mind.
In the book, Freud takes hundreds of interesting dreams as examples, and analyzes the deep meanings contained in them one by one with smooth strokes, and is interested in questions such as "what is a dream". Why do people dream? "Why are things in dreams so strange?" "What is the meaning of dreams?" "What is the driving force of dreams?" A series of problems that have plagued mankind for thousands of years have put forward reasonable explanations.
Freud called it "the most valuable part of all his discoveries" and it was an "understanding" that he only had once in his life. Reuben Freud, a famous psychoanalyst, commented: "The basic theory of dreams explained in the interpretation of dreams is still largely unchallenged, and even any alternative theory worthy of serious study has not appeared."
Dreams, which we all dream, are one of the most common and universal spiritual phenomena of human beings, but they are also very mysterious spiritual phenomena, and people have been trying their best to interpret them throughout the ages. In all human efforts to interpret dreams, one is recognized as quite scientific-Freud believes that the most important significance of dreams is that dreams are the expression of the dreamer's wishes. This process may be tortuous, and sometimes there are many touching stories. The dream scene is like a modernist absurd play or one of the most difficult sphinx mysteries. Listen, the mysterious dream is solved like this.

Jung's psychological types:
The two basic attitudes in Jungian typology are extroversion and introversion.
Extroversion refers to "a cheerful, frank and adaptable personality, which is easy to adapt to a given situation, forms attachment quickly, does not take any doubts to heart, and is often confident, rash and hasty in the face of unknown situations".
On the other hand, introversion refers to "a hesitant, thoughtful, shy and conservative character, unsociable, shrinking, always defensive and inclined to look at things around with distrust."
Jung pointed out that people are neither completely introverted nor completely extroverted, but both introverted and extroverted.
Explanation of terms:
Extroversion: One of the two basic attitudes put forward by Jung. The main characteristics are extroversion and relatively confident life tendency.
Introversion: one of the two basic attitudes put forward by Jung. The main characteristics are inclined to meditation and meditation.
Irrational function: a way to accept things without evaluating them. In Jung's view, feeling and intuition are irrational functions.
Personal unconsciousness: in Jungian theory, the field that contains all personal experiences but is not perceived by consciousness.
Beyond the prototype of personal experience and the accumulation of instinct. These transcendental experiences are the remnants of human evolution and will be stimulated under appropriate conditions.
Both of them have their own research directions. If you are interested in psychology, you might as well combine them and compare them, which may make you gain more!
Empty loop
You can try it, feel which one can help you more, and read which one first if you understand it. Personally, if you don't discuss what you don't apply, you will soon forget it. It is difficult to play any role in real life. It is recommended to read with friends or common lovers.
Dreams are more famous. Brother Rong is also famous, but not as fierce as Lafayette.
