Why is the plot of dreams consistent with reality?
I have encountered this kind of thing, but there is an explanation that it is just a wrong reaction of the brain. Your mind has a fixed view on some things, which is a reflection of your growing personality, hobbies, personality and outlook on life. You fantasize about something you haven't realized yet and infer the result, and the "life formula" you infer happens to appear in your life, which is the result of your subconscious fantasy. Reality and dreams overlap. Just like hypnosis, dreams can also reflect your innermost thoughts. In fact, the human brain is like a computer. No matter how precise, there are mistakes and "Trojan horse" attacks. So maybe you didn't have this dream, but after you finished it, your brain made a mistake when extracting the memory, and regarded what happened just now as a dream you had a few days ago, thus creating a feeling of deja vu. Or a fragment of life has left a deep image in the brain, which may appear in a dream. Maybe I think too much and put too much pressure on myself.
