People's sleep stimulation comes from three aspects: first, environmental impact; The second is physiological influence; The third is the influence of problem consciousness. This is also the source of stimulation of dreams.

Environmental impact comes from outside, such as sound, burning smell, strong light, cold wind, etc. Physiological effects come from the body, such as joint pain, internal diseases, semen growth, defecation, etc. The influence of active brain cells is mainly conscious. The influence of problem consciousness comes from the pressure of reality. In daily life, it is transmitted to the brain through nerve stimulation of various organs, forming impressions of things such as color (optic nerve stimulation), sound (auditory nerve stimulation), fragrance (olfactory nerve stimulation), taste (taste nerve stimulation) and feeling (tactile nerve stimulation). These nerve stimuli deepen the sulcus of the brain and form the consciousness of memory, thinking and imagination.
First, the environmental impact and external stimulation of dreams.
Interpretation of Dreams describes such a "dream of a burning corpse" (dream example): a father stayed by the bed day and night when his child was dying. The Interpretation of Dreams describes the dream of a French nanny described in a painting. Only the last painting shows that she was awakened by a child's crying. In other words, the first seven pictures are all stages of dreams. The first picture depicts the stimulus that should wake up the dreamer. The child has felt the need and asked for help. "Nanny dream" is caused by the increase of urine temperature and humidity of children, and it is also a dream caused by the stimulation of external environment. Let's analyze the image in the dream: water refers to emotion; A ship refers to itself or a family. Judging from the process of feeling that the child's urine volume is increasing, her sense of wandering will also increase, and her desire for stability has become her spiritual desire. How she hopes to have a stable life and can resist the storms of life! I told him that all the coats were embroidered with Turkish patterns, but he replied, "What can I do for you?" But soon we became very friendly again. "
Freud used a long association to explain this dream, and his words were vague and complicated. Let's look at this dream with images first: the kitchen refers to housework; Eating is the compensation of desire; Sausage refers to male genitalia; Three daughters refer to the three sub-personalities of wives; Jiaozi refers to sex; Let me point out my worries about my wife's social skills after cooking; Coat refers to a person's self-image, that is, pretending to be indifferent to his wife's social activities; Picking for too long, I feel that I can't wear a fake mask; The coat is covered with an expensive fur, revealing its original face-the animal side; A stranger with a long face and beard is worried about his wife's communication; What he said was exactly what Freud was worried about. But we know that because of the stimulation of "hunger" in the body, it has triggered spiritual thinking about the sexual life of family members and extended to their own worries.
Interpretation of Dreams describes a colleague's dream about nocturnal emission (an example of a dream): "I ran down the stairs (or the first floor apartment) and chased a girl, so I wanted to punish her for what she did to me. Someone stopped the girl (a big woman) at the stairs for me? ), I caught her, but I don't know if I hit her. The result of this dream is nocturnal emission, which is obviously a sexual dream. Because the extra semen in the dreamer stimulates the central nervous system, it is necessary to issue an order to relieve this mental stimulation. 1, the concept of mental stimulation causing dreams. 4. The source of this image interpretation is the dream stage.
