(4) The son of Yanju, Shen Shen is also, and so is Yao.

⑤ Confucius said, "I am weak! For a long time, I stopped dreaming about Duke Zhou! "

The son of Yanju, so is Shen and so is Yao. This sentence is about Confucius' usual state and appearance. Yanju is a leisurely place when you have nothing to do. What kind of state has it reached? Say that I usually wear a grand royal dress to maintain a neutral atmosphere, and at the same time I will not be sloppy, neither too grand nor too serious.

Yaoyao, for example, is to describe a cheerful and peaceful look, not too serious. For example, when we go out to do things, we should be serious. For example, when we go to sacrifice, we should be solemn. Then attend a sad occasion, and we may cry along with it. Cry when you should, and laugh when you should. When there is nothing to do, we will remain neutral, without joy, sadness, too happy feeling and too serious expression.

Let's look at this: "Shen Shen is like this, Yaoyao is like this." This is a kind of neutralization, so look at us. What are we like in our daily life? If you live at home, you may not be untidy, tidy up your house or tidy up your mental outlook. Maybe at home, or too serious, or too worried, this is not neutralization.

So when we put ourselves in the shoes, we know that we should keep our own state at ordinary times. Even if you live at home, at least your used things are sorted out. Very neat, not messy. Then my own dress doesn't need to be grand, but it won't be casual, at least clean and tidy. My mental state is the same, not too proud, but also not too serious, maintaining a cheerful, peaceful and neutral atmosphere.

Some people say that I am too tired to stay neutral when I rest at home. Actually, it is not. We felt very tired at first, because we were not in this state. Then let's look at Confucius again: "A son is born with a swallow, but if he gives it, he will die." He didn't have to keep it, but that's the truth.

Said I was too serious today, and I kept myself happy and peaceful. Say that I have nothing to do today, and I haven't tidied up much, then I have to remind myself that tidying up clothes doesn't need to be too gorgeous, and it must look neat and clean. Including my used items, it doesn't need special cleaning, at least it looks neat to me.

At the beginning, we should use self-denial behavior to restrain ourselves and keep ourselves in this state. On the other hand, with the continuous improvement of our own inner cultivation, we will naturally die after practicing. He is happy, and there is no great joy or great sorrow. When we show such a state in our hearts, we don't have to start deliberately. We are naturally such a state.

? Confucius said: "I am weak! For a long time, I stopped dreaming about Duke Zhou! " Confucius made such a sigh. Very: adjective, describing very. "There is no decline!" Describe that I am very old now. A long time: a long time. "I no longer dream of Duke Zhou!" "Complex" means that I used to dream about Duke Zhou. But now I am very old. I haven't dreamed of Duke Zhou for a long time, and I said such a sigh.

We derive from Confucius' exclamation. Confucius sighed at first sight that I was very old. Then the second sigh is that I haven't dreamed of Duke Zhou for a long time. Let's talk about it first Why haven't we dreamed of Duke Zhou for a long time?

The third kind, thinking about dreams, has internal thinking and is shaped in dreams. This is what we usually say: thinking day and night. What I think during the day, I will have the same dream at night. For example, during the day, we study all day, and at night, we may also study in our dreams. It is said that during the day, we were chasing a drama and watched a drama in which troops fought. Maybe at night, when we dream, we also enter the battlefield. Say that we are studying a job during the day, for example, we are making videos, always making videos, always making videos. You will find that when we dream, it seems that we are all making videos.

Let's look at Confucius' dream again. Just thinking about a dream, saying that with thinking in your heart, a dream is formed. What do we think Confucius is thinking? I constantly want to give the word to the world and the ceremony to the world, that is, to be kind and polite to the world. So naturally, he thinks about it all the time, thinking about it, so he always dreams of Duke Zhou.

So let's look at ourselves, what kind of dreams we had at night, and we will know what you are thinking during the day. Some people will find money in their dreams because they are thinking during the day; Some people may quarrel with others in their dreams, because they have had such thoughts during the day. Therefore, through a dream, we can look back at our ambitions and see where our ambitions are and where our ordinary thinking is.

The fourth kind is called a dream. What you see during the day is shaped like a dream. A day is a day. What you see during the day is easy to dream at night. Let's give an example, for example: I haven't eaten anything, I saw it during the day, and I may dream it again at night. For example, I saw a particularly beautiful dress and wanted it very much, but I didn't buy it. Maybe I dreamed it again at night. So what we see during the day may have waves in our hearts, thoughts in our hearts, and corresponding dreams at night.

The fifth kind is called dreaming, and inner joy is shaped in dreams. Let's give an example to understand. Suppose two people are in love, I am very happy, very happy, very happy, and I will dream at night. For example, other things are the same. We have a very happy thing during the day and dream at night, but dreaming is more of a happy thing, which makes us happy and happy.

The sixth kind of dream is called fear dream, fear and fear, and inner fear is shaped by dreams. This has been formed for a long time. Let's give an example: when someone is abused by domestic violence, she often feels afraid and uneasy, so she is afraid of dreaming when she sleeps at night. Others, such as what kind of injuries I suffered when I was a child, may often have such horrible dreams at night many years later, and dare not think of that shadow.

So it is a long-term fear, a nightmare caused by it, and a dream of fear caused by it. You see, some people, such as me, have been abused by domestic violence. For example, what kind of disasters I suffered as a child, what kind of fears I suffered, and the long-term psychological shadow.

Therefore, his long-term psychology is very sensitive and fearful, so he is easily disturbed by the external environment. At this time, you should know how to keep learning, constantly improve your heart and let yourself be fearless, so as to get rid of this fear of dreams.

To sum up, whether it is a nightmare, a dream that loves to dream, a dream that wants to dream, or a dream that is afraid of dreaming, our hearts are moving, thus forming a dream. Just look at the dreams we have at this moment. These dreams reflect our hearts and our minds are moving because of something.

Let's look at Confucius here. He said I haven't dreamed of Duke Zhou for a long time. So Confucius moved because he always wanted to carry out Duke Zhou's policy of propriety, music and benevolence, so his thoughts were all these things.

When a person sighs that he is old, he feels very weak. Let's look at this sentence again. He is full of regrets. Actually, I still want to do a lot of things. I also want to have a ceremony, but I am very old. Look at this sentence, there is a sense of incompetence and regret.

We should learn from it, know how not to let the years pass, and know how to do things well in the present. You see, many people's pain stems from the same word: I will study when I am old; When I retire, I will go to practice again; When I have money, I must go out for a walk; You must be filial to your parents when you have time.

So you see, we are all waiting for words, and we are all wasting time unconsciously. What kind of ambitions do we have? We must take advantage of our youth. Say that we are committed to learning the culture of sages and practicing it. You must start now. What are you waiting for? Five years later, when I have money, when I have time, when I finish what I am doing now, I will do it again. It's a waste of time.

Some things must be done when you are young, otherwise you will not be able to do it. You can imagine, for example, I am 55 years old now, and I want to do more things. I have the heart, experience and social experience, but your strength and energy are not enough.

Therefore, no matter what kind of thoughts and wishes we have, we should cherish the present time and not waste it. Otherwise, when we are old, we will definitely sigh that I had many ideas and ideals when I was young, but none of them were realized.

Let's look at the second sigh, saying it's been a long time since I dreamed of Duke Zhou. What does that mean? Thinking about it, this matter will fade. I haven't thought about it for a long time, and I haven't practiced for a long time. Why? Still related to age. At a certain age, it seems that I can't do it if I want to.

Let's extend from this point. Confucius is sighing himself. He hasn't dreamed of Duke Zhou for a long time. Explain that I have been dreaming about Duke Zhou before, and all my thoughts and thoughts in this life are giving gifts to the world. So we can think again, what we dream, what is in our mind, what we are pursuing, so we will dream about the corresponding things.

I often say: dreams are small life and death, and dreams test us. For example, many friends will have this experience, saying that I have been studying and practicing for a while, and I have been a vegetarian, but I have eaten meat in my dreams at night. Why? Did not stand the test. It means that during the day, we think we can be vegetarian. But I still have a desire for meat in my heart, so I dream at night.

For example, I say that the things I fix are no longer so profitable, but when I dream at night, I will still pick up the money. I took advantage of others and finally came to my senses and regretted it. How could I do such a thing? Explain what? There is something else in our inner thoughts. So it doesn't matter. But we have to realize ourselves through this dream. You will know what you are thinking during the day, and you will know what you are thinking.

Let's look at the whole sentence again, Confucius' exclamation. First of all, we should know how to cherish the present time, what kind of thoughts, wishes and ambitions we have, and don't waste time. Work hard now, do it now. Then the second point is that what we dream reflects what we think.
