Many of Freud's analysis comes from literary works, and this book is more a conscious attempt of literary analysis than a part of psychological research. Freud first discussed the theory of Oedipus complex, and later developed it, namely Oedipus complex. The author claims that he has discovered three truths: dreams are the disguised satisfaction of subconscious desires and childhood desires; Oedipus complex is a common psychological emotion of human beings; Children have sexual awareness and motivation. Before Freud, the field of psychiatry was still a relatively virgin land. French scientist Jean Chaco and his student Pierre Janet have established an independent position in this field through their research on hypnosis and hysteria. Freud studied with him from 1885 to 1886-the relationship with Yanai is similar to that between Saint-Simon and Comte. It is Janet who has deeply studied the psychological process of hysteria. According to the genetic theory prevailing in French psychology at the end of 19, he thinks that this disease is a form of nervous system degeneration, and it shows a natural "weakness".
