The first book about dreams I read was Freud's Interpretation of Dreams, which contained many theories about dreams. Even the related dream interpretation is complicated and difficult to understand, which requires strong logical thinking ability to completely analyze dreams. So I chose Wu Zhihong's Dream Know the Answer, without any special theoretical analysis, and made a simple and effective analysis from specific examples.
(2) My understanding and feelings:
For most of us, we don't need to fully understand the meaning of every detail in our dreams, but we need to get the information we need from our dreams to solve the problems we are facing or will face soon.
First of all, we should make it clear that once it happens, it will not be forgotten, but it will be blocked by our consciousness.
The key figure in dream interpretation is oneself, and the method is free association.
Free association is the key to dream interpretation, which can help us get some information from the subconscious. Free association refers to what comes to mind for the first time when we see, hear and read a detail, and then continue to think along this content. In the end, this free association will lead us to the psychological truth hidden in the depths of the subconscious.
Dreams will truly show our deepest thoughts, which are often influenced by consciousness and cannot be detected by us in real life. If we are ready and begin to learn to listen to our inner voices through dreams, the disguise of dreams will gradually fade away and the real information will eventually emerge without any disguise.
At the end of the book:
When we are aware of our own problems, we can think of solutions, but when we can't really perceive our own problems, we blindly try to solve them and often fail to achieve the expected results. Awareness can provide an inner protective space, so that we can suffer less physical and psychological torture. Everyone has a good way of self-cognition-seeking answers from dreams.
This book provides a way to seek answers from dreams.
-say to yourself before going to bed: "I have a problem now. I really want to know what's going on, but I don't know. Please guide me. "
If you have nothing to do, you can try it when you sleep at night. Very economical.
(3) By reading a lot of examples of analyzing dreams, I can simply sum up, reason and think, and slowly learn to analyze my dreams. This is my requirement for myself. For example, exam dreams often imply that you have encountered some difficulties and setbacks. The house represents feelings and the living room represents face. Water represents money, and flood represents wealth. Buying things is to gain feelings and so on. And people with strong control tend to have low sense of security.
